I dont think its possible to get have sepsis and still get finality. Too few points. Let me know if u come up with a way to specc

What's this almost 100% energy regeneration. I've been leveling a Rogue and honestly it's suffering.
I know this is two months late, but the energy regen gets a lot better when you have all your talents and get the rotations down.
