    I am really going to follow this big breakfast suggestion. My grandmother always told us the same thing. She lived for 96 years!

    Im 55 still on my periods and on 200 mg of progesteron at night because of astrogen dominance. I start my fasting at 19h evening and break fast around 10 or 11h in the morning. ACV spoon in glass of warm water 20 min before coffee and then braekfast with a savory haelthy mediterrane breakfast, nuts, 0 sugar! Im good

    Pretty sure the science on fasting has changed since she did this video. Also I’m interested in the health habits and weight of the women participating in the studies. For the past year I’ve been eating a high-protein diet over 100 g of protein per day and went from 170 to 155 pounds. I do always eat a good breakfast that packs at least 40 g of protein via protein powders in my coffee and Chia seeds, etc. in my oatmeal. I think restricted eating makes some sense, but is not the cure all that everyone says.

    Hi - if I am going to eat/fast this way, when is the best time to exercise and what type (aerobic/HIIT/Wt Lifting etc) ?

      Some suggest right before ending a fast (if you’re able).
