C-10 Window regulator replacement

How to replace window regulators in a 1969 C-10 pick up. The same or similar process is used on all car windows with hand cranks.

Great video as always and love the comedy.
I have a 63 C10 and my passenger side window spring is weak where the window don’t move when cranked but I can slide it up and down easy and it stays wherever I want.
I bought a new regulator setup to swap it.
Do I need to do all your steps or can I leave the triangle window in place to take out the glass to swap the regulator?

Okay I replace my regulators with brand new ones the problem I have is the handle is angled down and it's not straight out so what is the problem.?
