I miss little Sylke Faya. She was one of my faves. That girl could RUN!!! Sad they were sold but happy they got to stay together. Thanks for the update on them.

Sylke Faya was my favorite foal also. I loved to watch her run like the wind. So glad that the mother Pjirkje and Sylke were able to be together. I was happy to see their new home.

To Tina and family: we know that Rein always tries to find a good home for the horses he is selling. But still it is a reassurance for me (and a lot of other followers) to see the fine, well kept stable, the pastures and the other horses. So we know that Pjirkje and Sylke Faya will have a happy life with you. Thank you for showing us your beautiful place. Hope you will enjoy those beauties for a long time!

Tina and husband, thanks for giving these wonderful horses such a good home. I'll greatly miss seeing Pjirkje and Sylke Faya in videos, but I'm so glad that if they had to go, they went to you! Sylke Faya was my favorite of this year's foals and it looks like a lot of other people are also saying how much they'll miss her.

Selling a horse is easier when you see that they'll be living in a horse paradise. So happy for you all.

Even though I am across the pond in Florida, USA,
I take these beautiful Friesian to my heart ❤ and feel like I am losing two friends when they are sold and won't be in the Friesian Horses videos any longer. Now I at least am comforted to know they are living in such beautiful surroundings with caring owners and good horses to share the meadow and be their friends.

@@mircat28 Yes, Miranda, that's what I also thought... but we have to accept. A breeding stable has to sell horses from time to time, or it can not exist. They can not keep all horses.... the horses will probably get used to their new surrounding. But surely they don't understand... 😪 But I think, as long as they are treated well and natural (outdoor, good food, other horses, a warm and clean stable, a vet if necessary...), they will also get used to their new home and love it one day. It"s a matter of time and good treatment.

I will miss Sylke Faya. She was my favorite zooming around, especially with Sanne. Their new owners are lucky people.
Thank you for providing a wonderful home for Pjirkje and Sylke Faya. They are special girls indeed, who will be missed. However, it is good to know they are with a loving family. My only regret is not seeing Sanne and Sylke Faya running together in the open, because those two fillies are fast!

If only the horses in the meadow knew what Rein was doing in the tractor, they'd have been very happy to see him! Very bittersweet to see Pjirkje and Sylke Faya's new home. I'm very glad they have such a beautiful place, other nice horses, and caring owners. And so kind of Tina to send a video so we can all see them. But Sylke Faya and Pjirkje are two of my favorites, and I'm still very sad to see them go. Moving must be very disorienting for a horse, but they seem to be adjusting fine. So, thanks to Tina and Yvonne, and I hope we get to see more videos in the future. PS watching Pjirkje protect SF from the "ferocious" doggie was amazing. Such a good mem!

They have a beautiful new home and their new herd members are healthy and gorgeous (especially Viola). It's obvious Tina and her husband have done an excellent job of socializing their horses.

It was very nice to see Pjirkje and Sylke Faya in their new home. A lot of fresh green grass and beautiful new friends to share their lives with. The little dog made me laugh. It’s a tough little guy (or girl) who’s as big as a Friesian in his mind😎.

When Pirkje is being lounged I can't hear the male voice at first, then Tina says that she can go be fore a cart alone and as a pair, but hasn't been ridden very much. Mr. Tina then says that they should put her in a harness next week.

Even though I will Pjirkje and Sylke Faya, it looks like they have a lovely home with other horses to be friends. I'm sure, by now, they are loving it. Little Sylke Faya is probably running them all ragged by now. She is quite the character. Thank you, Tina, for the lovely footage. Please keep us updated. We fall in love with these horses and miss seeing them. I guess if the horses ever need exercise, Rein can get the tractor out...LOL! And, thank you, Yvonne, for showing us this.
Yvonne, your English is very good. Maybe you’ll have a reason to visit the US someday. If so, I recommend Colorado. The Fresians would love it here. We have grasslands, mountains, and 300 days of sunshine every year.

It is always hard to see them sold. I can see that great care has been taken in regard to Pjerkje and Sylke Faya’s well being. Pjerkje was allowed to foal in her familiar stable with those she is comfortable with as well as then allowed Sylke Faya to then bond with her mother before they went to their new home. Clearly their well being and happiness was the priority. Job well done! I am happy for both Pjerkje and Sylke Faya!
OH HOW BEAUTIFUL the herd looks dancing in the meadow to the tune if a tractor!! My heart swelled with pride at their beauty & grace .... AND that they are all in our lives to bring beauty & cheer to us all on a daily basis!! 😊🐎🐎

These are barock pinto's - in fact a black and white Friesian horse. They have their own studbook since 2009.

And NOW with Viola ... the way she was standing, her beautiful mane, tail, and perfect coloring I had thought to .. "my goodness she's almost as beautiful as the friesians!" Because Fresians have my loyalty, stolen my heart completely ... I didn't want to say AS beautiful but ALMOST as beautiful! LOL hahaha I love the Pinto coloring but Black horses have always been my favorite color in horses because of 2 classical books I read as a young student in school. All those Mares have seen the tractor before, if they would relax, the babies would too. It's sweet and funny! I think the same think about my house cats and the Vacuum, no body has ever been sucked up by it, but some run in fear, others attack it. Fun to watch. Thanks for the Videos

I am happy that Tina and Hubby have horses with such nice temperaments as Pjirke and Sylke Faya. It makes the transition so much nicer for them all. The stables look nice and well kept and I love the open stalls as well like they are used to! I think it helps all of them adjust much faster to know what's going on with their new family. Thank you for allowing Yvonne to video the horses and the stables. We have all become so attached to these beautiful creatures as you can probably tell! God speed!

What a beautiful new home Pjirke and Silke Faya have! I think Silke and Tina's dog will have fun racing each other! Her pinto's are gorgeous! Silke Faya has been one of my favorites and I will miss her, but also know she and her dam will be well cared for and loved!

This channel is a nice, welcome surprise. Many years ago, I grew up with Friesian horses in Colorado and we were the first in the state to ever have them. This was in the 1980's. I noticed you're identifying the horse's parents by their numbers. One of our colts (It's the only one I really remember his parents) was sired by Barteld (292 if I remember correctly) and our mare Dalla. Dalla was in the center of Horse Illustrated magazine in 1989.
We had a gelding who was just a gentle giant. He stood 17 hands tall and was built SOLID. He was a great driving horse and we would also ride him. Any time he saw me, he would immediately perk up and come right to me. I was in high school at the time and when I wasn't riding him or driving him he would try and play tag in the pasture lol. He loved to chase after me in a trot and if I made a sudden 180 and reversed direction, he would throw his head and turn the other way with his mane flying everywhere. His name was Max and he was a GREAT horse (he was lazy but a lot of fun). I miss you, buddy.
That tractor is upsetting our moms and foals! I am so glad that Sylke Faya and her Mem will have lots of other horses to get to know. Their new home has lots of hills and forest. How wonderful to know that the new owners love Pjirke and Sylke Faya as much as we do!!!!!!!

Sometimes the beautiful green fields with the trees far off looks like Florida but when the tractor went by I realized what was missing. Here there would be a large flock of whire cattle egret following the tractor😀

Because of your channel I understand why it is so important to teach the foal to stay close to their Mom. I have seen other channels where this was not done. And the foals get confused in the meadow.

That Jack better be careful around Pjirkje, she is not used to dogs in the pasture and still protective of Sylke. I noticed Tina became concerned as well calling the dog off/back.

Hi Jeff!! I thought Pjirkje was very protective of Sylke Faya as well! Looks like a lovely place for them. Senna stayed in or very near the barn, so they'll have to get used to each other. Enjoy your day!

When I read in the text that Pjirkje and Sylke Faya - which I have seen in so many videos - have been sold I was a little sad first. But seeing the new place which is gorgeous and the good company they will be in I feel happy for them. I hope the new owners will have many happy years with them.
