It has a Nissan 5 sp manual, no supercharger. The v8 replaced the 2.8 TD it originally had. Personally I prefer the diesel torque my 4.2 gives but there's no denying that v8 has the old 2.8 beat in all departments.

why v8 auto super charged,??.no idea id say..windshield says it all.hp not needed for 4x4ing.just wrecked a nissan.
