He decided to open up… of course he’s had many years of shutting himself away from others so he wasn’t completely healed… but like Manchester By the Sea, he was ready to try, so he was there to watch a wedding at a distance.

I'm quite surprised at how well-edited this video is. It told the story of Franken, but also left a good bit of moments out, so it's still worth-while to play the game. This video really gave a great preview of the game, got me hooked to the music, but didn't spoil everything, gave me the gist of the dialogue in the game and made me want to play the game, while also being dunkey. A very well-crafted video!

The story, the characters, the glorious soundtrack and emotional scenes. The way they weave every encounter Doof’s had into one beautiful ending, this immaculate experience can only be put as a tear-bringing tale that teaches many lessons to carry through life. Every second had me on edge, every scene left me with questions, but with every battle I slowly got closer and closer to the being that was Doof, so close I felt I saw through his very eyes. Truly a tale that defies the generational rust. 15/10
I've waited years for a spiritual successor to Megaman Sprite Game and this did not disappoint. Bonus points for including these cool clawed arachnid things.
The humor and intentional misspelling of words is reminiscent of Tim and Eric or check it out with Steve Brule or something lol. Great comedic timing in the dialogue, and something that's much harder to accomplish than you might think. I too, thought dunkey had made this game or something because it fits with style of humor so perfectly. It's rare that a games story can captivate me these days, like I've become a jaded gamer and novelty left a long time ago. Many thanks to both the creator of this gem, and dunkey for showcasing a game I probably wouldn't have discovered otherwise!

Felt real fuckin' clever being about to comment "Finally, you made a proper sequel to Dundertale." before I saw the big man beat me to the punch and this is categorized as Deltarune.
I downloaded and played through this game immediately after watch this video. I teared up during one of the last boss fights when the anime music started and all your friends showed up. I'm 37.
Even the silliest game can pack a punch...

This is the first Frankenstein type game i've seen in the last 20 years. Truly a masterpiece.
The switch from, _"Who is this little guy? Do you guys see that? Who is this guy?"_ to *_"HE HAS A GUN!"_* gets me every time.
The only thing it took to get Dunkey into RPGs is the greatest one of them all.

The acoustic Georgie Girl rendition in the credits threw me for a loop. A masterful ending to the greatest Franken-type game ever devised
The story, the characters, the glorious soundtrack and emotional scenes. The way they weave every encounter Doof’s had into one beautiful ending, this immaculate experience can only be put as a tear-bringing tale that teaches many lessons to carry through life. Every second had me on edge, every scene left me with questions, but with every battle I slowly got closer and closer to the being that was Doof, so close I felt I saw through his very eyes. Truly a tale that defies the generational rust. 15/10

I legit wish this was like a 10 hour game instead of an hour. It was so fun to play.
This was probably the best story I've ever seen in an RPG honestly. The plot twist at the end was so unexpected and beautiful. 😭
I like that they made a game with minimal effort at times and somehow that makes it even better.
I feel like this is the most fun dunkey has had making a video in a while
I've waited years for a spiritual successor to Megaman Sprite Game and this did not disappoint.

The humor and intentional misspelling of words is reminiscent of Tim and Eric or check it out with Steve Brule or something lol. Great comedic timing in the dialogue, and something that's much harder to accomplish than you might think.
I too, thought dunkey had made this game or something because it fits with style of humor so perfectly. It's rare that a games story can captivate me these days, like I've become a jaded gamer and novelty left a long time ago.

In FF7, there's a secret island the airship cannot land on. That's where you get Knights of the Round, which is famously useful for beating the last boss.
