Tensa Solo + Bicycle

Hanging a hammock with a Tensa Solo stand at one end and a bicycle at the other. Works, but I think there are some refinements to be made. Should probably make a ridge line to get the length just right. Attachment points could be improved (on my diy stuff. Tensa-supplied equipment seemed fine).

Did you ever make that ridgeline? I'm trying to setup my blackbird between two solos. There was a lot of running back and forth tweaking a lot of stuff as you did in your video, but I was unable to figure the trick out. I'm thinking I may have to throw a ridgeline on top as well.

I never did. I took the solo on a recent bike trip and used it one night when only one tree was available. Getting the distance right was still a little fiddly, and I still think a ridgeline would be helpful. It'd help get the distance right and keep the pole up when you hadn't attached the hammock yet.
