Lol poor Dave thankfully they didn't send you the spicier candy because trust me there is and it's saltier too. I guess Mexican kids are conditioned to tolerate spice from a young age because I don't consider any of the candy you tried truly spicy and I can't handle too much spicy food

hahahah "you need to work for the yummy" is the perfect way to characterize mexican candy. I'm white but I live in a Mexican community and I remember eating a lot of this on the school bus hahaha you have to get through the chili powder and then it's usually good!

The funny thing is that I like licking off the chili powder off of the lollipops and usually throw out the sweet inside. 😅

Los entrenan desde chicos jajaja, soy chilena y nuestra comida es insípida(?) y a lo más que se aventuraban era con lo ácido, al menos ahora van apareciendo cosas picantes debido a la globalización. Antes le huía a lo picante y con especias (mas que nada por mi colon) pero luego le di la oportunidad (en China) y ahora amo lo picante, voy de a poco eso sí, me gustaría probar todos esos dulces xD

when Jangmin asked if that chocolate snack was spicy, it reminded me of the time when I had chilli chocolate during my trip to Australia 😂 I wish I could try these spicy candies in this video; I think it'll be an interesting flavour.

The first candy we have in Jamaica. I remember eating it but not often. But tamarind is so freaking good! Also we have the nucito thing as well. There were a couple more that we have too. Pretty interesting~
