I know everyone's been talking Juji's physique looking great recently (and rightly so), but just gotta say Tom is looking great in these past few videos. Its actually insane looking at a video from a year or two ago compared to today. All that effort paying off.
Realistically, the physique results he's gotten in the past 3 years only takes about 12 weeks with a real diet and bodybuilding training plan...without any bs supplements. Just so newbies know. Whatever it's sweet to see something finally happening lol. It would be rad if he sticks with a meal plan so new lifters can see consistent changes and use it as a guide for themselves.
Here's a fun challenge: Every time Tom does an exercise, ask yourself if you could match him. Chances are a lot of us can't. Tom is actually pretty fucking strong. Let's go Tom

Careful when leaving the wood rings on rain and sunlight, mine started to crack and get moldy in about 1 year of use leaving them in the open 24/7. Not too bad, but something to be mindful of.

I love how competitive Juji gets when he can't do the muscle up. Thats the mindset that breeds winners. instead of just giving up and accepting, making it personal and digging deep is how progress is made

You're doing so much ring work and acro that you should really get a set of aerial straps! I think both of you would love the combination of spinning, acrobatic proprioception and strength that it requires, especially all the meathook/flag switches and other twisting stuff.

JUJI!!!! YOU HAVE TO TRY ring dips or ring push ups for your chest! It works like the hex press because you have to constantly adduct to stabilise the rings and prevent them from slipping out!
