I can't understand why OVERDRIVE didn't use the automatic Hexa for this comparison. You just complain about the heavy clutch and gear changes and then give the upper hand to the automatic Tuscon. Every single motoring journalist have praised the automatic Hexa. Try to use the same transmission spec (automatics) in a comparison test.
TATA hexa has proved that they are worth a purchase. Worth the money. The indian brand proves it all... The best part is when its compared with high end Jeep and Tucson.
While I do no wish to take anything away from the Tata hexa. This is a rather hackneyed comparison and an unfair comparison. While the Tata hexa might have a 4*4 kit it is still an mpv. Personally, am in the market for an suv and and I would like a comparison between hyundai tuscon and jeep compass as they are being promoted as true suv's. A fair comparison is between Tata hexa and innova crysta. It doesn't make any sense to compare these cars just because they are in the same price bracket. Any buyer who spends 10lakhs plus on a vehicle would definitely have a better understanding on theirs requirements and find these comparisons between mpv and suv as nonsensical. For me, it's the jeep compass as I am looking for a car that's involving to drive and a darn good safety kit which can be useful during the unforseen emergencies. (note: I already own a hyundai elantra, which was solely purchased on the vast list of creature comforts but by far, its a disappointing investment I have made as the highway drives on it are mostly like being on a high speed boat and steering feedback is pretty vague.)
Nice review, as always. Just one thing though, a more detailed description of the ride quality of the Jeep on typical Indian roads would have been much appreciated.
Jeep Compass 👉 is best because in Style it first and in some features that any car don't have Who has tell Tata Hexa is Best that are wrong and you wish. In this video Jeep Compass and Tuscon
Even if it is similarly priced as the Tata Hexa, it will be a tough sell. Might sell in the bigger cities due to the lack of space. But small city and town owners which make the majority of the buyers will pick the Hexa at any moment. And if the price range goes above 20L then it's not worth it.
Compass is fully equipped to handle all terrain with a proper 4 x 4 system. The strong brand image coupled with the off road capability makes it a good deal
Guys, I am expecting a comparison with range rover Evoque/Discovery sport, can you do one? Its really sad its only getting compared with these vehicles.
New Compass broke the suspension after driving it for 100 kilometers after delivery. Jeep good for American roads. Tuscon for Korean roads. You live in India with worst roads get Hexa.
the drive quality, suspension set up, steering feel, confidence to push it harder on the corners, that's a fiat by nature !!! perhaps it is said in most of the reviews that this is for a person who loves to drive.
Hexa sucks in comparision with the Storme, but here, it outclasses all the three other cars. And the Compass's size is disappointing, it's almost the same as a regular Duster. XUV stays consistent, always the second best since the past two years. And the Tucson, even my SX4 does better offroading than the Tucson, being a sedan.
Indian are smitten with compass cuz they think they are getting a 30 lakh car for 15lakh. Without realising that the worth of compass isn't even 15 lakh. It doesn't has any paraphernalia that xuv has
Compass 155mm of ground clearence, can you call it an suv. If you go offroad you will get stuck and we had to call a crane to get the car out cause its so heavy that towing is useless and leh trip was nightmare the car didn't even reach rohtang it got stuck in gulabah only. Buy compass if you want to drive in city or on yamuna expressway or buy a sedan instead as they have better ground clearence. (my friend owns a compass 4x4). For leh trip xuv is the best tried and tested i own one for 7 years and no problems have come and it still goes on to160kmph though when it was new it used to go to 200kmph.
Tuscon is the best of the lot ( Price, features, mechanical, comfort, looks and price) Hexa is non comparable in this segment and it looks and is a ages old in every way.. XUV500 is atleast better
For swag I will buy jeep for style I will buy hondai if it's come to family I mean Indian family than hand's down to Tata. and guess what. we are Indians so we travel with packs easy result Tata wins
tell me one thing, why no car has adjustable rear seats. My problem is that I rarely go for a long drive ( i.e. say more than 200 kms). Regularly I have to use the car in the city .Therefore I have no use of big dicky ...bootspace .If cars have adjustable rear seats , atleast we can have spacious rear seats when we like and which we all need. Sadly and strangely no car company provide us with adjustable rear seats to make the rear seats more spacious as per our needs.
The Hexa is far better, price and quality. Jeep is plagued by quality issues. It is a low quality American brand, sold by incentives not quality or innovation. The Hyundai is just average.

People are just loving Hexa but none are buying. Poor sales.
either u eat first and do the review or vice versa
TATA hexa has proved that they are worth a purchase. Worth the money. The indian brand proves it all... The best part is when its compared with high end Jeep and Tucson.
compass clear winner for me. It also happens to be launched at a starting price of 15lacs ,which is quite low than shown in video
Hexa Rocks! the fact that its comparable and better in some areas says a lot at the price point it operates.
Jeep compass is class after all
Compass emerging Winner in every review :) Good time's ahead for FIAT
Hexa is all-rounder with low price.
Am a happy owner of Tata Hexa, its a wonderful car...no comparison at all with any suv car costs below 20 lkhs
why would you call HEXA old?
At first thanks to give us an Outstanding review. And as per my observation The Tucson is the best in 5seater and Hexa is the best in 7Seater.
Tata is really killing it!!
Tucson is a true clear
winner because Compass ground clearance is low and does go for extreme offroad like thar

Hexa is clear winner on all grounds and even more. 7 or 8 seat with nice look.
you dont buy a suv to have a car like feel. You buy it because you want to sit tall and above all hacthback and stuffs.
Nice review, as always.
Just one thing though, a more detailed description of the ride quality of the Jeep on typical Indian roads would have been much appreciated.
Good Comparision.Good job.
Awaited for a Comparison Compass vs crista vs xuv500 from u:)
Tata hexa is best!
Hexa very interested car Indian market
One of the best comparison videos i have seen in long time.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Jeep Compass 👉 is best because in Style it first and in some features that any car don't have Who has tell Tata Hexa is Best that are wrong and you wish. In this video Jeep Compass and Tuscon
it's not fair to compare with Hexa.. logical comparison should be with XUV500, Tucson maybe an Endeavour and Fortuner also
I like hexa
Even if it is similarly priced as the Tata Hexa, it will be a tough sell. Might sell in the bigger cities due to the lack of space. But small city and town owners which make the majority of the buyers will pick the Hexa at any moment. And if the price range goes above 20L then it's not worth it.
Tucson isn't a ghost town, it's a city of just over half a million people.
Jeep is best if price of diesel from 14 laksh... otherwise because of value for money hexa is best
Now that's a review i've been waiting for.. Thank you.
hex price starts at 13 lakh compass at 22 and Tucson at 20 HEXA is 7 seater other two 5 that is all
HaHa.! Tuscon is certainly not a ghost town!! When I last checked it had close to a million inhabitants! Otherwise, I quite liked your review.
Thank you for explaining the reason of holding fries, one could never guess why a super fit looking guy would have them, u don't want them, I know.
Good comparison but nobody is talking of the 1.4 Petrol Jeep Compass.... I would be glad if you could do a review of it👍🏽✌🏽
Compass is fully equipped to handle all terrain with a proper 4 x 4 system. The strong brand image coupled with the off road capability makes it a good deal
The commentary is clear and good
Hexa is the best 💓💓💓💓💓....jeep is like i phone ..only branding
Hexa my love... VFM amongst all 3. question to Hyundai, Y no AWD option in Tucson?
hexa is the best
I am very surprised that most reviewers miss to talk about a very good feature, cruise control is not there on the Jeep Compass. Thats a big miss.
jeep is from which plant? is the metal sheet from Tata? like Fiat? I preferred hexa.
and jeep suppose to launch Wrangler.
for me tucson is the best. ihave a tucson and it is really comfortable
You are the best reviewer.
Can you please list down the pros and cons of xuv500..
hexa बेस्ट है। मजबूत बॉडी, पिछली सीट पर आराम और ताकत इसको बेस्ट बनाते है।
Guys, I am expecting a comparison with range rover Evoque/Discovery sport, can you do one? Its really sad its only getting compared with these vehicles.
With the daddy of SUV is here, is it fair to call Ecosport, Suzuki SCross, Creta a SUV at all ? ☺
sir which is best in among four?
Hexa is best...looks so classy
Great review. Greetings from USA. In which country was this filmed?
New Compass broke the suspension after driving it for 100 kilometers after delivery. Jeep good for American roads. Tuscon for Korean roads. You live in India with worst roads get Hexa.
I'd rather prefer hexa than Jeep
Jeep compass best safety vichcal
the drive quality, suspension set up, steering feel, confidence to push it harder on the corners, that's a fiat by nature !!! perhaps it is said in most of the reviews that this is for a person who loves to drive.
very nicely reviewed, thanks.
fsd Koni like damper struts on compass?
jeep is the better one
Please also mention the sales figures for the cars. They tell a different picture.
fact sheets Are most important. ..add imp things like kerb weight
throught that info graph at 7:49 i think tucson is a better choice
and also by looks its nicer
jeep compas rocks waiting for its price
Add xuv 500 automatic vs hexa automatic review also
they should also add ford endover
For me, #Hexa is the clear winner...
were is xuv
what about the built quality ??? . I think hexa

make review b/w jeep compass and vw tiguan.
Hexa is the worst looking one of the lot, although it excels in other areas.
I would like to go with Tucson
Indian are smitten with compass cuz they think they are getting a 30 lakh car for 15lakh.

compass arai mileage sd b arnd 16 ..compass build is far better dan other rivals
Quite nice!
Why was XUV500 having so less part on the video? Like the other 3 cars, why wasn’t it simultaneously compared??
Which is better Jeep compass or Hyundai Tucson....?
beautiful Indian hexa better than this one
Jeep Compass is the best car ever
why Milind Soman ht 6:3 feet looking short in front of Jeep compass..
Jeep compass best suv
Is that a Gopro holder on the Tucson's hood?
Damn distracting!
*4x4ever Jeep (O|||||||O)*
JEEP anyday !
Tuscon is the best of the lot ( Price, features, mechanical, comfort, looks and price) Hexa is non comparable in this segment and it looks and is a ages old in every way.. XUV500 is atleast better
last time i checked JEEP Compass its does hav Hill assist
luv hexa
Tuscon is the best
Y no tiguan?
For swag I will buy jeep for style I will buy hondai if it's come to family I mean Indian family than hand's down to Tata. and guess what. we are Indians so we travel with packs easy result Tata wins
xuv 500 👌
Should have added the VW Tiguan to this comparison.
the voice of all ur reviews are too low pls consider this overdrive and increase it in future
jeep is handsome 😍😍😍

Good to an GOOD INDIAN (SUV/MUV)
COMPETITOR
AMONG SEGMENT BESTS..
The Hexa is far better, price and quality. Jeep is plagued by quality issues. It is a low quality American brand, sold by incentives not quality or innovation. The Hyundai is just average.
i hope Jeep wont ditch Indians customers like CHEVY.
But which best
For a long time the xuv 500 was ignored.
He is the best
The overall review is very good but jeep is the worst and tata and mahindra are best
