I came here by way to Mexico (illegally) once here I didn't ask for asylum and then I married a woman who only has the green card and then we brought the papers back to immigration. Complications on complications in the end we provided the complementary documents to immigration but for already 3 months they have not answered me anymore. However I have problems in filling my DS -160 form because am a journalist and in June I will be defending my masters in the month of June. I have a problem with filling because on the education and career section They ask for Employer or Institution and I stand in both positions of a worker and a masters student. How do I resolve that at the interview because from what you exclaimed, our answers at the interview must be coherent with the DS 160 form

Hi Bigjob...no you will be interviewed by yourself. Remember, you must be divorced prior to the waiver interview.
Can I travel during i-751 pending with I-791 Notice of action (Divorced) I’m just concerned about if my separation would be an issue at the port of entry?
YEs you can. The receipt automatically extends the conditional card for 18 months.
This 2020 public charge, does it affect the petitioner if the sponsor is on public assistance? What is this public charge about?
Hi Kemar...we will soon do a segment on public charge. Generally, the petitioner agrees by signing the affidavit of support that they will reimburse the government of the beneficiary is on public assistance.

I file I-751 my self with out divorce degree ,I got my receipt for 12 month then 18 months for , the interview appointment in January but because the divorce degree is not ready , they give me 90 days as you sayd , but pandemic start and now I don't know wats it's going to happen my receipt notice of course is over I got a blue square stamp on my passport at this point my divorce still not ready long fight for 3 years now because I have a baby of 5 years with from the marriage and judge wants my baby be with the mom but mom Left him with me and that's the case wat can I do ??

I just received a notice that we will be scheduled for an interview for i751 remove conditional last march 2020. But we just got separated this month june2020. Until now there is still no schedule for an interview. What can i do? My husband is mentally abusive :( . Please advice me.thanks.

Can i get deported if im in the military with a two years conditional residency green card? And got divorced
You should apply for citizenship will will preclude you being deported.....look at my video on citizenship for those in the US Military...you may qualify.

Yes...you must wait 90 days prior to expiration of your conditional card.

Days before you complete 3 years with your conditional green card even if you haven’t get your permeant green card and also you haven’t have your interview for the I751?
Luis...yes you can apply for Citizenship even though your conditions have not been removed. Usually the officer will send your case on the removal to the appropriate officer for final adjudication.

The system on the website it saids the my case is ready to be scheduled for interview since the last week of December of 2019 almost 2 months past already. Any clues how long it takes for Imigration to give your interview?

CASE
The marriage was genuine with solid proofs.
Beneficiary came to US after meeting all formalities of USCIS councillor Interview at US Embassy abroad after waiting time of 19 months and 21 months from date of marriage.
Petitioner left wife in abondoned in US after 11 months after stay together in his morgaged house as husband and wife.
Due to his personal problem husband sold house and left US and with no contact made to wife later on ( Wife shifted to new rented room in US and started job and submitted Individual Tax return to IRS for year 2020 .No financial help from husband as AOS while staying in Home country.
As Husband (US Citizen) does not want to return to US and applied lagal Divorce in Home country.
If Petitioner divorce to wife is finalized by the competent authority
In Home country in before 18 months from the DATE of getting CR1 and copy of Divorce Decree is held by wife in US after completing legal procedure during short visit to Home Country and return to US with Divorce Registeration Certificate issued by government alongwith orignal Divorce Decree and attested by Foreign Ministry of Home country.
Questions to anwsered.
1-
Should Divorcee inform to USCIS 6 months before the expiry of CR1 by filing petition I-751 and request for Waiver.
2- If Divorce decree issued by Home country near to 21 months,can she apply I-751 with Divorce waiver by availing 90 days window.
3- Is Legal Divorce issued in Home Country dully certified by Foreign Ministry will be Acceptable to USCIS to remove the Condition on CR1.
4-The wife can take Divorce in US court after
-Spending one year Separation in US which has already started due to husband absence in US.
-if wife waits for that period ,it will surpass the 90 days window of applying I -751 may get No-fault Divorce after 5 or 6 months more from the end of Separation period to get a divorce decree from Family Court Judge.
