Hi. Pictures and access to our bank accounts and joint tax filling of 2023 was the only thing we have that’s a shared of us contributing to each other and it passed the initial GC so it wasn’t a problem but I’m not sure if i apply with a waiver after getting divorced would help my case or not since we didn’t have bills together she had the house and was paying for the bills and I was trying to provide some food for me and her at times but we did live together! How do I explain my situation for USCIS about the divorce and that the relationship was in good faith? In a word document letter explaining how we met and how things went wrong and attach it to my i 751 paper?

Thank you for your question! YCongratulations on getting your I-485 interview waived. There is a good chance your I-751 interview might get waived as well, but that's not 100% certain!
