Yep! I went on an interview with a couple that wasn't speaking to each other. It was approved within 1 minute. PS. I wouldn't recommend this as a strategy. The officer got super frustrated and asked if I could control my clients. I replied no and very briefly explained that people faking their marriage don't do this. This is real life. He approved.

Mine took about 15 minutes. Just asked about my form, and general questions about my wife. Then she asked how we met, when we met, when we got married, and when we applied for citizenship. It was pretty easy, because we are truly married. If your not trying to lie, you'll be just fine. Relax and celebrate after! (We went to Olive Garden).

I was 20 Hispanic and my husband was 25 and Asian I could tell they really thought our marriage was fake. My husband was grilled with questions. He’s also dyslexic so that didn’t help. We were told wait for our answer. We also didn’t have any kids. I’m 28 we are still married and have two Kids. I hated this

We don’t have any kids and it was an easy process, it really depends on the immigration officer you get. Thankfully our immigration officer made me feel comfortable and the interview felt like I was having a simple conversation with a stranger.

yes, i also brought a photo album with like 200 pictures including some tickets for festivals , movies and concerts we both attended. 10 percent of pictures included both his parents(we took a 20 hour flight to visit his parents) and my parents.
the consular made some copies of these family photos.
and mostly the questions were for me(us citizen) and he asked my husband very few basic questions.

I had my interview in Oklahoma city last month. I was adjusting my status from F1 to permanent resident, and honestly the officer didn't really ask anything about my relationship. He just confirmed some information from the forms, asked if we had wedding pictures, complimented me on the package i sent (even though we didn't have a whole lot of documents) and talked about Ait Force service to my husband for a little bit. We got approved on the spor. So don't worry, if your relationship is legit, there is nothing to be afraid of.

We would like to hire you to represent us in the process of getting married. We understand that she can stay here once she applies for change of status actually mean in timeline? Is she legal to stay here because she applied for change of status because we mail it, or because the government has received same and informed us that they received the application?

Usually when this interview happens cause they never ask me and my husband to do it together. We live in the USA and he needs to go to his original country for an interview it would be like this?

Took over a year for me and my hubby was in the country living with me. It really varies and theres no hard answer. Once we did the interview it only took us 10 days to get a green card in the mail! This was in Philadelphia.

Google good immigration attorneys and ask people around you if they've been though the process if they like their attorney.
