I think every tribe everywhere have developed methods for skin hair nourishment with any crop / seed / vegetation they can outsource. I also believe good healthy diet also work on hair and nails and skin because we all need same nutrition values like vitamins minerals and etcetra

@Raisy Rosye also cutting hair is taboo for these tribal women. Yes coconut is one of the best hair nourishing oil ! Seen great results. Castor oil is promising and nourishing hair oil , it stimulates hair growth * 10 times when mixed with a carrier oil ( its thick and shouldn't leave - in more than 5 hours ) rice hair mask must be good too .. Ive used Argan oil in serum form after shower and trust me its best after shower leave in conditioner serum oil ( just few drop are enough ) and it de tangles soft wet hair also safe application before using hair starightner and blow drying. It isn't sticky & crispy. Hair feels soft and silky ( bouncy ) !

Some African Namibian tribeswomen mix Shea Butter and red clay pigments into a paste for their skin and hair, and some traditional African women use Chebe powder in oils for Extremely long hair.

In the original documentary of Yao womens hair routine (clips shown in this video), after washing the rice they store it to ferment for one week so it smells sour. Then they boil it and add the fruit peel (which I believe is also prepared in advance according to comments on another RUclips video). Then they store it to continue the fermentation. I think I have remembered correctly!

I questioned the way in which some other individuals made the rice water and I thought 'No' this is the incorrect method, as the rice was never washed and other vital steps were missed🤔. I would say one thing PLEASE DO NOT tell people to THROW the rice AWAY! Oh my gosh, why would you waste it, when it can be cooked and EATEN😩😫

You can also get fresh rosermary and mint leaves , boil for 20 minutes, strain it. Let it cool, put in a spray bottle and spray every day on your hair. It wont stink. After the first use, store in refrigerator and use it until gone.

I like to use a Grapefruit as my citrus, because it turns out, Pomelo is the principal ancestor of the grapefruit. Plus, grapefruit is even better at keeping the smell of the water nice. Then I use several drops of rosemary essential oil. Reason? It was discovered that rosemary essential oil had the same power as Rogaine for growing hair! Only its natural. But do not put rosemary essential oil directly on your skin, scalp, or hair full strength, because it is too strong and may irritate you. It has to be diluted. Most websites recommend a 1% dilution with either water, or a carrier oil such as olive oil. So thats 6 drops of rosemary essential oil, for every ounce of carrier oil or water.

I’ve always had short hair since I was a child. I’m sure I lack something that’s needed to grow hair. I can say this has helped my hair to grow and especially the back that has always been 1/2 inche long. My hair grew, becoming longer and thicker than ever. After caring for my mom for 5 years before she passed, my hair broke off and I had a bald spot. I started the rice water treatment again and I’m happy to see and feel new growth.
I used a different approach. I use the water of cooked rice and pour (while it’s warm)on my scalp after I have I washed it and I leav it on for 30 minutes before rinsing out.

You missed a couple of steps in this video, actually the Yao women lightly cooked the rice after soaking it, then they let the rice ferment in the water. Fermentation of the rice is important because the rice release more good bacteria and more bio available vitamins and minerals. Most important They also prepare and consume the rice.

    • @SweeTease

The fermentation process can happen very quickly but the recipe recommends leaving it at least 2 weeks to get the maximum benefits. You can then store it in a dry cool cupboard

Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES from hell❗️
    *What is the Gospel?*
The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
    Ephesians 2:8-9
For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
    Romans 10:9
9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
    JESUS CHRIST can come anytime!
Just Believe ❤️ Love you and GOD BLESS
