Not gold of teams but the gold for the items it basically tells the gold of the current known items(when you press tab) and adds it up. If you have 3K unspent gold it will not show that.
Actual experienced junglers has mental camp timers as muscle memory. For example, if you start buff, your minor camp will spawn at 4:20 but if you start raptors or wolves they spawn at 4:00. And everything follows. After a certain point, those camp timers will have significantly low value in being aware of them since you have already manipulated your camps spawn. Canyon would have gapped any jungler that has 3rd party app without using one himself.

To be fair he has to click on the summoner icons to start the timer, it's not automatic.
