Happy New Year, Ms. Carolyn. These are one of my favorite cookies, never had any homemade, now i can bake some. I know they’ll be good, when i use your recipes, everyone always loves them. Also never had a vegan version.
I am definitely interested in vegan cooking in the very near future and will definitely try the egg replacement product. I did use the applesauce in my cornbread for thanksgiving in place of the egg and it came out awesome. The cookies look amazing though. Happy New Year.

I noticed that too! I'll terrify to animal products kind of but bring on the sugar! I'm way more concerned about sugar than I am dairy products. I'd like to try this using dairy, but keeping the sugar level. That I can get into!

Oh there are soooo many recipes out there my friend! Look up Food Allergy mama blog. Go to Whole Foods. Read every label in the regular grocery store. There are chocolate chip cookies out there that are mainstream and dairy free !!! Delicious!

Nice recipe but the egg substitution red mills is known for having levels of chemicals in their products...
Everything has chemicals these days. Just use what makes you comfortable.

A slice of bread in a plastic bag with your cookies keep them soft.
