- We finally took the British High schoolers for a school trip to UK's Korea Town!
After buying all the Korean snacks and goodies they could find, we came to one of our favourite Korean restaurants in London, Jingogae, to give them their first multi-course legit Korean meal.

I assume that Josh and Ollie probably never intended on making SO MANY videos with these boys but i'm so so glad they did. They're all so comfortable and funny, open-minded, charismatic. It's really cool to see. What a great group of young guys.

@@arissajoan nope I know the school. It’s an all boys school but it’s just your normal government school. Not private if that’s what you’re asking. It’s just because of the location in London the school is in you may think that because of their accents and the tone/words of language used.

What I like about these boys is that they're respectful when they don't like something. They just said that, no, it's not my taste simple as that. There was no need for insulting the food that was made with a different culture. It's showing respect that not a lot of adults have .
Spot on. You can express dislike and still be respectful. Dislike does not automatically mean you have to be rude.
As an american most people here would be so rude about not liking it but i noticed these kids are so nice about not liking it

Keaton should seriously consider being a food journalist. He’s really good at describing foods in such great detail that it makes your mouth water. That’s talent right there.

난 이걸보면서 영국이란 나라에 대해 다시금 곱씹어 보게 됨.
어쩜 아이들이 맛에 대한 자신의생각을 저렇게 자유롭게.. 다채롭게.. 은유적인 표현으로 묘사하면서 얘기할수 있는건지 신기했음.
개인적으로 전세계에 선진국이라고 부를 수 있는 나라는 영국 밖에 없다고 생각함. 100년간 할인율을 계산할 수 있는 유일한 나라이고, 국가에서 진취적인 일을 해서 폭망해도 국민들이 크게 개의치 않음. 예를 들어 도로 민영화를 가장 처음한 나라가 영국임. 이미 1800년대에 턴파이크라는 우마차 도로를 민영화로 운영하다가 대차게 말아먹었고, 그걸 참고로 해서 프랑스나 이탈리아는 민영화 잘 운영하고 있음. ㅎㅎ (물론 영국은 그 때의 트라우마로 도로 민영화 안하지만.)
갠적으로 섀익스피어와 고대 영어 공부한 덕분이 크다고 생각함. 학교에서 쓰기 연습할때도 상상력을 키우고 표현력이 더 풍부하게 끌어올려지는 공부를 많이 함

These are the types of kids I want to see representing the younger generation! Well-spoken, respectful, open and witty in their own way. Love to watch them again and again. Kudos to their educators.
You can really see that they dont mind the camera, and they’re not faking their reactions. They just love it, and it shows! So enthusiastic! More power for these students!

I'm sure it is an experience they will treasure forever 💖
Jack should get credit for being well prepared by bringing extra water. Even though the spiciness may be too much for him, he's still willing to try everything.
Did Jack bring those waters? I thought those were supplied by the restaurant and they put it on the floor so there would be more table space and for filming purposes

Jack is a very brave, endearing person, he is willing to keep trying the food knowing spicy isnt for him. Everyone is here is getting such a wonderful experience and great memories, thanks to Ollie and Josh.

Keaton and Caleb's critiques were lovely and eloquent. I'm happy that Jack had some non-spicy foods. Malachi and Unashe's expressions are great to watch, and proud of Deavon using chopsticks. Can wait for the next episode!
I loved that Jack not only went back for more kimchi but tried it w/ the jeon. Combining foods is so Korean.
They are all so respectful, polite and very open minded to try new things and immerse themselves in Korean culture. I realized how articulate Keaton and Caleb are, They’re head boys too and Malachi. But love all of them, they just enjoy the food. 🤍

I think Keaton has a bright future working as a food critique for the New York Times. The way he describes his experiences with Korean food has a poetic touch to it.
Typical American saying it has to be New York Times. we do have The Times in the UK And it’s probably a much much older newspaper.

I love how Keaton and Caleb tried their best to describe how the foods taste like. Salute to Jack for trying the foods even though he can't handle the spice and Deavon's commitment on learning how to use the chopsticks. Malachi and Unashe "raw what?" cracked me up.
These boys are so elonquent and honest about how they feel about the foods. They were hesitant to taste a couple of dishes but they still tried them and politely say if they liked it or not. Love these boys so much!
The closeup of Jack’s empty water pitchers after showing his flushed face got me spilling my water while chuckling plus Keaton, ma boi never ceases to make me laugh! I adore these British boys so much.

These kids are so great with everything. They're such a diverse bunch with their own preferences and attitudes. I kinda miss the old boys. Wish they'd have a series of their own too if they're not busy with their college/university lives.

My favourite thing about this series is that I've been stumped about where to send my son for Senior school (we live in Central London). Fulham boys school is now at the top of our list. These boys are such wonderful ambassadors for their school!

if you've watched the video where josh has korean bbq with the head master you'll understand little more as to why these young men carry themselves so gracefully. a head master, with that much passion and care towards his students (backed with a positive vision of what a school/education should be), is undoubtedly going to create a great community.

These kid’s are so candid. I absolutely love watching them interact and truly appreciate the amazing food from my Country. I’d love to see more podcast’s with them. It’s interesting to hear so many perspectives and they all accept one another in the end because they believe in themselves and have a unique bond with one another 🥰

한국인 입장에선 스텐다드지만 매울텐데도 열심히 먹고 감상평을 해주는 모습이~~~ 왜 영국을 신사의나라 라고 하는지 알것 같네요. 어린 학생들도 편견보다는 일단 맛보고 정중하게 판단해 주는 모습이 멋지다고 생각합니다!!!👍👍
맞는 말씀이네요. 괜히 신사의 나라가 아니라는 표현이 와닫네요. 영국남자가 한국군대가서 영국 음식 소개하는데 대놓고 찌푸리고 까는 모습하곤 비교되는 모습인것 같아요.

Honestly a really fun series with The Fulham School boys. They're a joy to watch! I'm sure the older boys who moved on to university are missing these meals. Perhaps a spin off in the making? 🤞👍☺️

Keaton is a one man comedy show, he is hilarious, love these boys they always bring the entertainment with a willingness to try new things and the banter.
One of my fave series in this channel. These boys are just so respectful and they've become expert food tasters thanks to you guys, Josh, Ollie and the whole team.
