I feel that the second half, especially the sequence of songs from "What Did I Miss" to "Reynold's Pamphlet," with no "Hurricane" (slows the pace building from "Non-Stop" to a screeching halt and makes Hamiltion's actions seem sensible in regards to the pamphlet, they were not), lost a dynamic in Lin cutting John Adams from the story. In a historical sense, Adams was more important in regards to Hamilton than Madison ever was. Two, Adams hated Hamilton just as much as Jefferson did, if not even more. The reason I bring this up on "Washington On Your Side" is that Adams, even though he wouldn't seem to fit in the song, would work perfectly as he actively spread the Reynold's Pamphlet when Hamilton released it and was continually looking for something to discredit Hamilton with.
