Fueling Problem Solved! 2019 Golf R Fuel Pump Issues

Would it be safe to use reg.87 or plus89 octane gas daily? although the suggestion is premium (91) newbie here thanks.

Has that buzzing sound disappeared after fixing the issue or its a normal sound ?
My car has the same sound comming from the pump and its little bit higher.
