Phil being called “Monkeyspank” in *1998* is the greatest foreshadowing I have EVER seen.

That whole “I refuse to believe people are naturally good at video games!” is just pure cope. I’ve been playing guitar for over 20 years and there are people who are just naturally better than me who have been playing a fraction of the time I have. Prodigies exist. And guitar is not that much different than video games mechanically. It’s a lot of muscle memory and two hands doing different things at the same time.

It's wild how little Phil has changed since his teenage years. Anybody who beats him in a video-game is just lucky or a try-hard with no life. He hates anybody more wealthy or popular than him. He runs his mouth about people he doesn't know, then backpedals and plays innocent when somebody calls out his ignorance. All still classic hallmarks of The Guy in 2024.

I think the whole "if your mom is hot, dood" is Phil dissing Linda, not wanting to bone her. He has no respect towards her, thinks she is a stupid cow and is very resentful of her. In every story he told about his family, she always is the bad one, she always does something bad or stupid. Yes, Phil said about his father he is stupid couple times but is much more respectful towards Dave. His treatment of both Panda and Khet, his incel manifesto, talking trash about women, that must be it. He hates his mom, and he sees her in every woman he ever got close to. That is why he (allegedly) cannot get it up and avoids intimacy as much as possible.

Chuuni Phil is atleast funny, the stories he tells on his pre stream are a reimagined version of his chuuni days but its full of cope fuel because he never wins at anything now. He got caught in his lazy mindset.
