Nice looks amazing and you gotta love the sexy saxophone music haha!! I was just on rocky mtn last night trying to spend all my kids inheritance money before they get it, looking at those acerbis engine covers and water pump cover as well their skid plate looks super clean! Their website makes spending money too easy!!
Thanks! Almost went for the TwinAir pre filter kit with this order, but decided to hold off a bit. Ill take a look inside the airbox and see if the Tusk foam is letting anything through
@@AdventureTomek yeah that was a big deal on my 690 was t sure if anyone was replacing air boxes on the T7 for avoiding dust passing through or better performance etc.
I have them as well installed for quite some time now and all is good. ACERBIS is a well known brand in Europe and they make e.g. 23 L tank, handguards, chain guide and some more stuff. I fixed my frame protection with cable ties instead of the provided O-rings.
I also had the Acerbis frame guards mounted on my 2022 model. A few months later, while riding at full throttle on the german "Autobahn", I lost the left guard and the right one was only hanging in the lower lock. The O-rings for attaching the frame guards had become porous and apparently couldn't withstand the wind. Unfortunately, these parts cannot be purchased individually. Money thrown out the window again. I'm now wondering whether it even makes sense to add all these protection parts which only make the bike even heavier. I only installed the PE bash plate from Acerbis and a few crash bars from SW Motech. So far completely sufficient.
I feel honored for the mention. Glad you got some. They look good!

Thanks! I’ll try some zip ties
Looks good on there. Always good to have extra protection as those can easily be replaced.
I bought the same covers for the engine recently. I need to put them on. Probably should get the frame guards as well.
great choice, good that it covers the water pump hose. I managed to put a huge dent in mine.
Very vulnerable spot on the bike.
I used the Triple Clamp Moto guards, same idea though and they work GREAT.
I did consider those, they definitely offer more protection. The Acerbis were more in my budget

I might have to do zip ties so that hat doesn’t happen to me
@@AdventureTomek , that's what I thought I should have done before the loss. Just even one on each side to secure it of flying away.
Maybe I should think about buying such protection. My frame is getting worn after the shoes 😅
I bought them a bit late as well.
When do we get a video on your new tires ? 😁
I hope really soon... real life work is kicking my butt right now.
With the title, I was expecting to see a Trojan stretched over the T7🤣
😂
The rubber bands on the Acerbis frame covers will be gone in a couple of rides.
I’ll double it up with some zip ties! Thanks for the heads up
That's what i was thinking, seemed like a weird way for Acerbis to suggest installing those?
@@Adventure_Ready_Life the RTech frame covers are better as they are designed with the use of zip ties.
@@kalpetkoff I’ll have to check those out ….
Mine were. I ended up using safety wire to hold mine on.
