Some of the characters have to be careful. Some get a little more physical harassment from guests than others, and as weird as it is I wouldn't be surprised if the Beast is one of them. So yeah, sucks that you couldn't give a hug, but don't feel bad ❤ Respect for all the character actors, they have to go through a lot.
