Anchor... First listen to what your guest is speaking and if possible shoot questions out of what she answers and above all be a good listener...its like a competition in fixed time ,the anchor just wants to ask all the questions she prepared in. A hurry withing the said time ..she is not empathetic to listen and respond. Cuts the guest speaking and bluntly junp to next question and that has no connect with previous q/a
