Putting the Finishing Touches on the Vintage Enduro - 1974 Yamaha DT250 Pt8

We're now putting the finishing touches on our 1974 Yamaha enduro dt250. Last time we modified our custom made throttle cable and began making our clutch cable. Now we finished building the clutch cable once we got our mid-cable adjuster in the mail. We then put our number plates on, skid plate, and started it up!

I have a 1980 dt100 trying to wire in a kill switch. It's been a pain for me I am no wiring guy

But you're a guy, so it's in your blood! The idea is that you want to interrupt the black wire going from the stator to the ignition coil. You're interrupting it with a momentary switch. When pushed, it will ground the wire to the handlebars. So get a push button kill switch, make sure that it has good clean contact with the handlebar run the wire into and out of it. You can do it!
