There is actually a couple more that I can think of... I don't remember the first one's name, but he's almost instantly recognisable in that the way he dresses makes him look like he's a time-displaced reporter from the early 1900s, wearing a trenchcoat and a hat with one of those little "press" notes on it... Second one is Amy Goodman.

@@lordwunglerbeckett Just for you, I went on a search for him. And I found 'im. He's known as Greg Palast and is a freelance investigative journalist. I seem to have misremembered the stuff about him having the "press" note in his hat, (haven't been able to find so much as a single shot of him with one of those as a matter of fact, so I guess that's something my brain has always kinda subconsciously added whenever I've seen him,) but aside from that, yeah, he still looks like he's a time-displaced journalist from the early-mid 1900s... He's not perfect, of course, no-one is, but he's good, and it seems to me that he's got his heart in the right place, frequently putting his focus on exposing corporate malfeasance as well as doing everything in his power to push labour unions and consumer advocacy groups to the forefront.
      A couple of personal recommendations:
A report on vulture funds in Liberia from 10 years ago: ruclips.net/video/6TtS4AZk6DI/видео.html
Bit more recent and relevant; a report on racial voter suppression and vote theft from the 2016 election: ruclips.net/video/zvgEYp-vxZQ/видео.html
Very recent and relevant; how Bernie Sanders and his voters were suppressed in California 2016, and may very well be suppressed again (most of this clip is Lee Camp talking about information dug up by Greg, but Greg himself has some choice words at the end, too): ruclips.net/video/JSsrRXvD1PI/видео.html

This really encapsulates what 'Jonathon Pie' was all about right at the beginning:
"What news reporters actually think and do off camera"
It's so great to see Pie is still being pie after years, and so good it's for a real cause.
Also the self-deprecation section hanging on to the boat was really emotive.
It really made a difference on me, and the conclusion: "Capitalism, Baby!" could not be truer.
Amazing work as always, but this tops every video made by Pie.

Then there was the fact that some environmentalist groups had actually hindered or fully stopped wildfire preventative measures previously. Then the heavy rainfall, which aided with the fires, was *also* "irrefutable proof" of climate change. So, to sum up, if there are wildfires like in all of history it's climate change. Deep down his character cares, possibly too much that no matter how cynical he gets, he wants to make that difference. He's angry with the hypocrisy of it all, that's his underlying schtick - but ultimately, he does what he can, as a hypocrite himself perhaps. I think the last scene is the 'real' him (or those of us) just getting on doing what he/we can outside of doing it for the show of it. As always, hilarious but also a stark real message. Clever comedy!
