I would have given her contempt for that last F-pearl she dropped. Apparently she feels she can just demand to get community service instead of paying her fines, like she’s playing “Let’s make a deal” with Monty Hall. “I’ll take what’s behind door #3 Monty. C’mon big money”
What the hell do you mean you're only 23?! You were old enough to cause those fines then you're old enough to pay for them! "I'm only 23. It's not like I'm 30!" You know what? I bet if you were 30 you would have said, "I'm only 30. It's not like I'm 37."
She thinks she can talk herself out of this case. The cop had a bad day? She’s not getting the issue, you failed to appear in court. She’s disrespectful and told to be quiet. She’s not dumb but playing the system.
WTF?!! You wanna know if you can do TIME SERVED because you spent time in jail for things that had nothing to do with your current case?! If this is how you talk to a judge with all that attitude, I can only imagine what you said to get socked in the mouth (oh, I'm sorry DV). "I wanna plead no contest AND I wanna do community service." You want a side of curly fries with that?
"Sir I got a lot goin on, a lot of laws to break, I can't really be paying all these fines from breaking all these laws, could you show me some compassion and just let me keep breaking laws with no consequences?.Thanks."
His hands are tied he can’t send her to jail for the charge to clear up the case he has to give her community service if she can’t pay and he knows it but doesn’t want to give in so in person court he can get her with contempt and make her serve a little time to satisfy himself I think she deserves jail time but he is stuck
I got pulled over once for honking at a cop too. The light turned green and the cop hadn’t moved for a while- I wasn’t trying to be rude, I just thought it was okay to let the cop know that we could move before the light turned red. It turns out that it is not okay.
I was stopped at a light and an officer pulled up next to me. He rolled his window down and motioned for me to do the same. At that time the light turned green. I asked what was up and he told me I had a nail in my rear passenger side tire. Right about that time, the person behind the officer honked their horn. I thanked him and went on my way, while he hung back and allowed the person behind him to go around. He immediately pulled that person over. That's how I learned. Did the cop give you a ticket or just a good talking to?
How do people "forget" court? Are the in court so much that they forgot one? They could be in jail then deputies could bring them over in orange jump suits. This 2nd person needs a lesson. Nothing is her fault. She gonna honk that horn at the wrong person one day then have a new issue
Truly dysfunctional individuals, especially the last person in the case. This is a lost generation we are witnessing that likes to get high and expects not to obey our civilized society.
I mean seriously she offered twice to go to jail and offered for them to pick her up right now because she wants to get this over with so I really don't understand why they don't. I mean she's willing and it is the quickest way to get this all over with.
You know what’s crazy? Your life’s problems and whatever you have ‘going on’, are not, in ANY WAY, the courts problem. Your actions, that you commit, are the reasons you are where you are today, and speaking to other people as if they are an inconvenience to you, when none of them would even know you if you had assumed personal responsibility for yourself from the jump. Who in their right mind speaks to anyone like this? Let alone a judge.
the second one thought she was more intelligent than the judge. Little birdy brain doing drugs delivery thought she was smart. We all guessed what she is delivering and why she refused to show how she makes a living.
Wow this first GIRL is so Damn ARROGANT. The judge needs to teach her a big lesson. She JUST got her FAFSA sooo the liar does have money. As soon as the first LITTLE GIRL rolled her eyes at me, I would've sent the sheriff to get her butt right out of class foe direct contempt of court.
@@piparalegal2019 She can use her work study money to pay her fines. The financial aid money pays extra if the student accepts the extra, and can be used for transportation, computers, housing, etc.
I've been a sub for awhile. I saw a full video of yours being used by another person on their channel. I almost made a comment on it, but thought I better see if you approved it first.
Damn these leeches off the taxpayers living off of "school loans " THAT THEY NEVER INTEND TO PAY BACK. Honestly- you work your way through school - you don't LIVE OFF THE SCHOOL MONEY & expect everyone else to pay your expenses. Silly expectations, I know.
I don't think either one of these women are that bad. And on the second one who's homeless because she's fled a domestic violence situation, I would do the same as her and choose jail time.
Another defendant who has "a lot going on". And another one is having "a pretty hysterical day".
This judge is way too patient. Far more patient than this mouthy chatterbox deserves.
That woman belongs in jail.

Cuz the shitty judge allowed it.

The way his face changed and the clerk looked away, damn 😂
Lose the attitude and he’ll be compassionate

Take care of her housing problems and give her a stay at the greybar hotel!

Wow what a great judge
TIL mirrors and cameras aren't the same thing.
Mind blown.
Pathological level entitlement. Doesn't even know when she is acting like appallingly 23:30

#2 is #2. Too lazy to get out of bed and LOVES to hear the sound of her own trash voice. No respect for the court or the laws.
Whew! Next case will be interesting…😂🤦🏼♀️
She will be back
Absolutely 💯
Ignorance is *bliss!* 😂
Then she is super blessed 13:25

Is there such a charge as aggravated contempt?
In some states, yes
Give her free room and board, 3 hots and cot !! Do u have any vacancies?? The never says the population of the jail or prison??
She ia going to jail on 1 October ORRRRR that are you F'ing serious BRO comment at the end will get her picked up by the Sheriff today.
Can’t imagine why her parents put her out. I’d love to know what 1st girl is studying since my tax money is paying for it.
Oh MY ANOTHER REALLY SLOW BLACK WOMAN!
Put HER IN JAIL!!!!
She’s not slow. She’s playing with the judge and the system. She’s being as irresponsible as she can be.
Turns out, he was fucking serious.
Truly dysfunctional individuals, especially the last person in the case. This is a lost generation we are witnessing that likes to get high and expects not to obey our civilized society.
They don’t make them like the kids growing up in the 80’s and 90’s. I graduated high school and had my first job at 17.
This part of the end where she's muted....
I mean seriously she offered twice to go to jail and offered for them to pick her up right now because she wants to get this over with so I really don't understand why they don't. I mean she's willing and it is the quickest way to get this all over with.
Going to jail doesn’t mean the fines don’t need to be paid. She can get out but the fines still apply
She still has to pay the fines.
Infuriating

FAFSA *only* applies to your schooling expenses - can't be applied to anything else.

@@piparalegal2019 False, anything left over from Pell Grants after tuition is covered is the student's money.
12:12 habitual liar and avoider of responsibility
Good Lord!!!

The problem is judges like this putting up with stupid Felicias like this.
All unemployed. Will want student loan Forgiveness.
Typical. They are all like that.
Who is this guy? He's awful. Way too lenient.
😳
Only Hillary Clinton can get away with, "I don't recall."
Nah, any Democrat can under supeona in Congress.
This judge was far too lenient with 2nd defendant. She should have been held in contempt!! N jailed!! He needs lessons from Judge Simpson!!
