Video idea: I don't drive (yet), planning on learning how to before I move out there from London. If I do get an opportunity to work there before I could learn how to drive, it would be great to have a video on transport links and how transport works in dubai/if you can buy a season ticket/how long on average transport comes around/where they connect to etc etc (from what I'm hearing its better to drive than take public transport out there)

1. I have hardly used Dubizzle before. How do I make sure that I choose the right landlord and the society/building is good?
2. Can you list out 3-4 good locations to stay at Dubai? Marina > ... >... >...and so on
3. I am moving to Dubai on employer visa and I have 4 weeks to find a place. Is it good enough time?
4. How to find flatmates? Should I try to find a flatmate or go for 1BHK? (I know its a choice but what is usually economical and is it even safe to live with someone you don't know?)

There’s a basic Holiday In, in Arjan which could be a good cheap base! If not there’s a nicer hotel in motor city next door called Park In

What is the traffic like in that area. I assume you need a car in this area but taxi or uber eat is also accessible. Are there any restaurants / grocery around that area. Thank you for sharing this video. It's very helpful
Traffic is fine. Better than marina where we were befor! Few restaurants etc around and dubai hills mall is only 3-5 min drive so perfect!

Yes, pool on the roof which is amazing & nice gym. Very very small park at the Bolton of the building

Yea man pretty consistent. AC goes up in summer and down in winter but all around the prices I gave

At USD 1700 for a 2 bedrooms apartment in a major city is quite a bargain in comparison with major cities like New York or London
