• IT exports increased by 47% during PTI’s tenure, but even during the PDM regime and now the PMLN-led coalition, Pakistan’s ICT services export remittances have seen a remarkable surge to US$ 257 million in February 2024, marking an impressive increase of 31.79 percent compared to $195 million in February 2023.
• Asad Also mentioned that the PTI government created 5.4 million jobs, but during the same time the unemployment rate also increased from 4.08% to 6.3%.
• Foreign remittances increased from 19,62 Billion $ to 26.1$ during the PTI government.
• The inflation in 2018 was 5.08%, in PTI’s tenure it incrased to 13.4% and now it’s reaching all-time high of 37%.

He should've done something when PTI was in power. Its easy to talk tough when nothing's at stake.
This podcast should have been handled by Aman. Aman does not allow others to speak without a logical basis. His cross-examination skills are excellent, and he demands logical responses.
Given that the some statistics Asad Umar is presenting lack authenticity, this podcast would have been better managed by Aman.

Post COVID19 boom should not be confused with organic boom. Pakistan may have outperformed its previous numbers but it's exports still grew at a smaller rate than other comparable economies (such as Bangladesh) during that period. Right when that bubble was about to burst and the symptoms were starting to show, Shehbaz passed the VoNC which makes me wonder if these political parties (and establishment) have a mutually beneficial arrangement in place that allows profit-sharing while keeping the entire population involved in melodrama and theatrics.

In democracy, the type of system matters the most. In dictatorship, the type of dictator matters the most. Keeping these in mind, is PTI a dictatorship or a democracy? Asad doesn't support PTI.He himself said that if establishment cracks deal with Imran Khan,then he will be in power again.But he let him speak which is a good gesture towards the guest and allowing guests to express their views not like Shehzad Ghias who clearly supports PPP and whenever other guests come from another party then he cross examines them like a CID or police.
