Thanks for sharing my story. I think i misspoke. There were three new homes in the back plus the farm house up front. So four families all experienced strange things. The tapping from the attic was the most common. Sam was the last surviving member of the Tilden family. The one that went insane. He was known to drunkely drive his tractor all around town. Before the farm, the property was native lands. We have all sorts of native american artifacts like pottery, a couple arrow heads and farming tools. They are either rakes or hoes with finger grooves that are darkened from sweat, I would imagine. Between the four families, we all had the same exact stories. The sound of something running up and down the stairs was close to a drumroll. Impossible for a human. One of the times my sister had a friend over and they both heard it. They were maybe 15 years old and had sleepovers. The friend never stayed over again because she was too afraid. Again, I didn't believe any of it for years but all four families were adiment that they were all experiencing the same thing for years.
