This video transformed my ability to draw hair overnight. Previously I would simply lay a woodless 2b pencil on it's side and draw hair that way....which leaves something to be desired. Your method looks so natural and my drawings are much better now. Thanks for this.

It was really useful to know about adding the black colour pencil as I have a portrait that needs finishing and I’ve been struggling to get the darks dark enough using graphite so thanks for the tip! X

I saw a creative technique to draw the highlighted single hair lines u did at last by the eraser.. U could have used a mechanical pencil without the graphite to draw them in the beginning The lines u would do in the begging would leave marks on ur paper avoiding it to catch any graphite.. I have this problem with my sketch book but in ur case it won't be a problem.. A really nice draw by the way 😊

I know we are taught that tracing is cheating but tracing is completely okay I trace the majority of my drawings it saves time and it’s more accurate so tracing is the best advice I can give
Well, I've seen many videos and how they give tips on how to draw the basic shape.... But though I used those methods I didn't get it in a day, wt I say is practice! I can say nothing better than this! Just keep practicing good luck 👍

Drawing hair was never my strong point but this video is helping me get better at it.

You can also use a graphite pencil EE. It's super dark, and I'm actually using it right now as a substitute for my black coloured pencil. :)
