  • Chen Style HunYuan Taiji Ruler (陳式混元太極尺) is a Qigong tool to enhance visualization and improve the energy movement during the Qigong practice.
    Master Tony Wong has designed this unique set of sequence and techniques to internalize the external movements and strengthen our organs with stronger Qi flowing within.
    Taiji Ruler 10 Exercises:
    1. 降氣洗臟 Cleanse the organs with descending Qi
    2. 前後腎出腎入 Replenish energy while stimulate Qi in and out of kidneys
    3. 順逆轉正丹田 Turn side-to-side vertical circle “shun and ni” directions around dantian
    4. 順逆轉帶脈 Turn horizontal circle “shun” and ni” around belt meridian
    5. 順逆轉立丹田 Turn front-to-back vertical circle “shun and ni” around dantian
    6. 左右踏步周天轉 Stepping left and right, circle Microcosmic Orbit
    7. 左右倒油瓶 Pour oil jug left and right to tonify kidney energy
    8. 左右搖油瓶 Oscillate oil jug left and right to stimulate kidney energy
    9. 太極四法圈 Cultivate Four Energy circles
    10. 鬆抖棒 Relax and shake the Ruler
    This performance illustrates each posture of the Taiji Ruler with 3 repetitions. That is for demonstration purposes only. When you are practicing on your own, each exercise should be done in 9 repetitions, to cultivate energy and strengthen internal organs.
