Barrera won 1st fight, morales won 2nd lets be real..this was a tough one but i give it to barrera. Nevertheless one of the best trilogy's of all time.

Actually I have to give Erik the first fight, he was weight - drained and still outlanded Marco, judges probably took that into account. 2nd was a straightforward win but a revenge verdict for the masses. This one...technically yeah I gave it to Marco but I always do so with a heavy heart, he was almost KO'ed in the 4th quarter.

No. Watch it again. Morales was throwing a lot but Barrera was very smart, he would get in where morales long arms would prevent him from getting punched, then Barrera was more accurate.

Obviously I don’t know the outcome of this fight, but I will say I’ve had Morales beating Barrera in both fights. The 1st being very close, but I had Morales. The second was obviously Morales, but the judges saw something no one else saw (surprise, surprise)

Round 5 and the commentators are talking about Barrera throwing two good left jabs. Morales gets inside, hits the body, gets an uppercut and a right hook that moves the head of Barrera… what do they say? Nothing. Barrera throws a left and “Oh, Barrera throws a left. He looks strong. Very strong”. They’re biases always bother me.

En la trilogía nunca vi ganar a Barrera, la primera si acaso un empate era justo pero la segunda y esta Morales se las llevó en está en específico vi ganar a Morales los round 2,4,7,8,9,10 y 11 el 12 lo vi cerrado pero a favor de Barrera.

These are two waring Gladiators . They fought to the death. They came out swinging in every round. In the 12th round Erik Morales hits Antonio Barrera with a right cross to the jaw. It looked like Marco Antonio Barrera was in a daze as though he was going to fall , yet he some how danced wobbly backward and miraculously stayed standing on his feet. The judges scored this fight close. It went all 12 rounds. In the end there can only be one champion . The winner was Marco Antonio Barrera . Two warriors , two champions, two real Gladiators. No one just danced around. They both came into this boxing ring at the MGM Grand only for one purpose : WAR. They fought viciously , aggressively in every round. They fought to the death even in the 12 th round. The audience stood to their feet. There should have been a 4th fight between these two great fighters . For the Feather Weight Championship . Over all very great fight.
