My boyfriend is very patient with me, and has unknowingly helped me overcome a lot of barriers I had built up to protect myself. I couldn’t express my gratitude to him and amazement with the discovery that I could be loved and cared for in the way he does. So while we were driving one day, I told him I wanted to sing him a special song (which singing for him is not an uncommon thing I do). I chose to sing him this, and his eyes shed tears.
