Your analysis made me not feel so bad about missing TwitchCon this year. TwitchCon has been at the convention center 3 times since 2016 and they still have to figure out the layout LOL.

Wait when did Elite get the SDCC contract back? Pretty sure it’s been years since Elite has done SDCC. The in-house security is Allied Universal, but I also thought Elite did TwitchCon this year

I was just using them as an example for good visible shirts.... I don't know who is currently working security at SDCC.

@@SanDiegoLAN gotcha. It seems like Elite worked this show, or maybe part of it, according to their Instagram. Sometimes it won’t be just Allied Universal even though they’re the in-house company. I think Elite still has the car show contract, for instance.

one thing he didnt say or think about I bet is that I would be willing to bet that it wasnt so much twitchcon not thinking it thru how everything was set up but most likely it was comicon owning those buildings and setting the rules for twitchcon an how they set things up

Comic con rents the building, just like any other convention that uses the space does. They have no say on how other events use the space.
