Hi fellow spoony! I have a health pixel tracker, a headache tracker, and a symptom tracker (all pixels) in my yearly set up! And even more in my monthly set ups too! Especially a space on each day to write symptoms and triggers for symptoms! ❤️

I’m trying to figure out an easy way to setup a spread for the whole month that will help me eat 4+ servings of vegetables and 1-2 of fruit per day, and no ultra-processed (junk) food. I’ve found I get better weight loss results by controlling what goes into my mouth, and more veg is my key to success.
I tracked my couch to 10K in my BUJO last year. I am so happy to have it in there. I highly recommend adding space to allow you to double back on some runs. Either the run was off or you want another time to practice the length of time running.

I actually completed the Walk to Mordor Challenge, using the app instead of my notebook because I started it with a throughhike of France and couldn't take my notebook with me. It took me about 2 and a half year, but I really liked the experience. On the topic of tracking my fitness, I have a goal to go at least 5 times a month to the climbing gym, which is what I consider the minimum to make the monthly subscription profitable. While I strive to go twice a week, that way I have leeway if "life" happens. The duration and intensity of the practice is up to me when I'm there. It's easier to show up and actually climb when I'm not motivated if I don't have any expectation about the session. Usually, once I'm there I will get a decent practice anyway, the resistance is on the getting out of my home, not on the climbing once in the gym.
Awesome spreads. I was actually thinking of 23 23s in 2023 for fitness goals.. Is it possible to see images of your spreads to see the points you've in each spread?
