WlToy 12428-B esc receiver and Controller

The replacement esc receiver for the 12428 does NOT work with the controller from the 12428-B. I know this because I have another RC car and I have a spare part like the one in the link. I replaced that part but it will not link with the controller that came with the 12428-B car but it will link with the controller from the original 12428 car. I either need the correct esc receiver part that I can’t find on your web site, or I need an additional controller that I have provided the link for below. Alternatively you could send an entire replacement of the 12428-B and we can hope the antenna is not faulty.
I sometimes miss name the esc receiver as a controller. The receiver is the part in the car, the controller is what you hold in your hand.

U buy the old version of esc reciever.. The new version is one that a little antena.. There is two different esc reciever buddy... Long and short antena

My 124018 came with that same lil stub antenna and I get really good range. With all the issues you're having it seems to point to the new transmitter having some unidentified issue.

I have the m2r transmitter and it has a mode button with numbers 1 2 3 4. Do you know what this button does?? It doesn't seem to make any change when I push it and there is nothing about it in the manual

Wow, that's crazy. I would get a reciever transmitter combo, I have seen it on ebay , cheap as 20$, like dumbo rc, you could get brushless combo, with everything you need, for 45$ .you be style bro.

you need replacement parts from the same year.. for example, 2017 12428b esc can only pair with transmitter from the same generation. We need to search wltoys 12428 v1 esc and transmitter for them to work together. The old esc has sliding on off switch while the v2 the need one is a push button

With 2.4ghz you don’t even need a long wire.
Are you binding those. Also, those look like like Sanwa radios. Very high end systems for a $100 RC. Also, why do you need a whole new RC like said in your video?

look for 12428 v1 transmitter snd esc (slider on off switch) or 12428 v2 transmitter and esc (push button on off switch)

Those remotes are odd. On the highest financement model wltoys you have to turn on the car first then the remote... most hobby grade even non hobby grades want you to turn the remote on first then the vehicle because that is just smarter and safer in case the car goes wild 😜 but there we go... modern times when common sense goes out the window.

With the short antenna connect a nother wire to it or wrap tin foil round it

Nope, it was a bad esc. I got a new car of the same model and it all worked fine. Cost a lot but I had no option since it has taken this long just to get a response from Wltoys.
