Bunch of Great Players here, also great playing I was expecting to see Tim Henson, Mario Camarena, Aaron Marshall, Plini, Yvette Young, Ichika Mo here but that's ok. Maybe part 2?
Studying the style of all those guitarists has to took many hours of practice. I really enjoyed this video. It reminded me that I have to practice too haha. Cheers
this is one of the best videos i have ever seen on youtube. amazing work and obsrvation!!! by the way thanks to jtc for presenting most of these classy guitarist to us.
what a fantastic video! not only I am impressed from the vortuosity, but also the choice, the harmony & tone material is excellent! no boring shredding just for matters of speed....two thumbs up!
Budget Guthrie, Budget Tosin, Budget Graham, Budget Jeff, Budget Everything, but, hot damn, to be able to play so many diverse styles to such a level as to share the essence of the guitarists you were highlighting with such care. I love it!
i appreciate all you efforts dude it requires a lot of patience. you know dude guthrie guvan's style is the hardest and i can't hear the notes that i was wating for. there is always one note that guthrie put in his scale 1 note that can impress you 1 note that you can't hear from other players
this is more like young generation guitarist playing old school tunes and solos (bar some of them on your list).. when i think of modern guitaris i think of mario/erick of chon, tim/scott of polyphia, plini, will of dance gavin dance, luke/tim of protest the hero, tosin of animals as leaders, aaron marshall, jason richardson, and many more similar acts
So cool to get an update! I don't even know how many times I've watched the 30 shredders video over the years haha. Good to see Mateus Asato and Rick Graham on here!
no vabbè...pazzesco!!! Diego hai una mano incredibile. Quando hai "imitato" Andre Nieri sono dovuto tornare indietro più volte perché non credevo alle mie orecchie :-) fenomenale
Javier - mindless? You have not seen much of what he does or know shit about guitar if you call his stuff mindless shredding. Secondly if you watch his videos online and weed through the much more viewed shred videos you will see he can play any style proficiently. Mindless shredding though? Wow.
jacob portillo Lol exactly my point. His popular stuff is just shredding. Anything that has bit a melody or feel doest live up to par with the people mentioned in this video
Xziol Psyxe This whole "no feel" thing should be eradicated already. It's not just an extremely contrived way of saying "I don't like this" or "it doesn't speak to me" or "I don't get it", it also makes little sense to anything involving human creativity.
You freaking nailed Guthrie Govan and Nick Johnston. Like I held my thumb over the portion where the names are displayed and recognized them both immediately, Jeff loomis, Jakub Zytecki and a few others were pretty much identical as well.
I just watched to the end. My fave was Diego Budicin - the last guitarist you play.... Then I searched and Lo - It’s You! Diego, rest assured your style spoke to me!!!!
It is impossible to mention all the guitarists but it is an excellent list and excellent performance, I can mention several guitarists that are missing, but it is not necessary, Excellent video
Learning Jason Richardson and not already being a complete shredder is actually not fun. I’ve learned some of Rick Graham’s shred stuff and still none of it had my hand burning like trying to learn some older JR stuff. I still can’t play XIV.
+Remy Luciani Just because guitar sales went down 33 % in 2017 doesnt mean the E-guitar is dead. People claimed Heavy Metal is dead in 1992. And Megadeth and Metallica still release New Albums. And we still have amazing New Metal Bands like Gojira and Twelve Foot Ninja. The Loudness War needs to End, And concert Tickets shouldnt be over 25 $ and the Beer shouldnt cost 5 $
+Josh Knehr But its TRUE some Journalist seriously said The E-Guitar is dead. And Why do you think i named myself Sheldon Cooper ? Its cause i have huge Problems with identifying sarcasm. And i was a Fan of the series 4 years ago.
Remy Luciani it may not be dead, but it's definitely not in the spotlight anymore. In the 70s, how many out of a list of 25 guitar heroes would a well-informed music fan have recognized? Quite a few, I'd think. Out of this list, I recognized only five names... and I play guitar and read music magazines! (And honestly, even the ones I know, I don't enjoy their style all that much.)
I'm Actually pissed off that your sooo f7ck n awesome. Seriously amazing job.I have a list of things to do now.Practice....find you and make you stop or as Spinal tap said after hearing Yngwie...So many mixed emotions...keep it up buddy....peace
Happy to see diferents names of different nationalities. Including my country. Two Brazilian guys here. Asato and Nieri. So proud! Btw the video is awesome, congratulations.
I'd prefer classic guitarists a little more. There are more classic guitarists that have feeling in their music and have natural guitar tones. My favorite guitarists are Gary Moore, Eric Johnson, Steve Rothery, EVH, Criss Oliva, Marty Friedman, Andy Timmons, Dimebag, David Gilmour, Jason Becker, Tony Iommi, Ritchie Blackmore, Steve Lukather, Jimi, Andres Segovia, Michael Schenker, Paco de Lucia, Uli Jon Roth, Steve Hackett, George Lynch, Chuck Schuldiner, Andy Larocque, Shawn Lane, etc. Also, just because I'm more interested in old school stuff doesn't mean I'm weird or old and people who say stuff like that to anyone who likes old school stuff just want them to be the center of attention. Music has to do with art. It doesn't matter how new or old music is, it only matters if music is creativity, raw feeling, and authenticity. Who cares how popular or new you are if you don't have talent. By the way, nice video and all 25 guitarists you've mentioned are extremely talented.

Roy Ziv would be cool
Mark Paul You’re joking, right?
Studying the style of all those guitarists has to took many hours of practice. I really enjoyed this video. It reminded me that I have to practice too haha. Cheers
Master! The knowledge and ability needed to create a piece like this is insane. True mastery of the electric guitar right here.
This EPIC! I need to learn these man \m/
Two masters! 🔥🥁
Thanks man, go for it! /Kris
please go for jarle h olsen and paul wardingham

Honestly , you can be on this list too for your versatility. Great playing
I believe the last player was himself.
this is one of the best videos i have ever seen on youtube. amazing work and obsrvation!!! by the way thanks to jtc for presenting most of these classy guitarist to us.
You should have included yourself. You're an amazing player.
He did, the last one is him
Alfredo Rueda thanks a lot Alfredo! I’m glad that you like my performances and honored by your comment!☺️🤘🏻
This is one of the craziest (but so musical) guitar playing i’ve ever seen on youtube. Sick.
Great work!! very nice quality sound
Thanks a lot for the great opportunity! I really enjoyed to work on this project :-)
Complimenti, sei un grande!
Matteo Rizzi grazie di cuore!!☺️
Man... You're one of the best guitarists I've ever seen.
Really impressive 🤯
Wow!! Grazie Emanuele!!
All licks are tasty af but specially the Alex Hutchings one 🔥 that’s what I hope to evolve my writing into. Superb Video

That's fooking impressive, great tribute !
I was wondering why you weren't in the list, then I saw you are Diego Budicin. Absolutely phenomenal playing. Much love and respect.
Thanks a lot man!! :)
Aww dude, this was incredible; I particularly enjoyed Quayle - that was completely spot on! Good job, man. Time for me to practise!

great job, dude, but you forgot players like Plini, Jason Richardson, Yvette Young, Sarah Longfield, Erick Hansel and Mario Camarena (of CHON).
