Not sure about the S6 but the S4 stock cat location is horrible.... so much heat. On FBO 2+ cars, w/ upgraded throttle-body, not having high flow cats can really hurt performance as well cause major cat / motor failure on the S4 8-8.5's. Upgrading the exhaust to a cat-back , including DP's, seems pointless without going high flow cats allowing the exhaust to fully flow on an FBO tuned 2+ car IMO... unless your just looking to make noise and wait for the cats to explode.

The true difference between the two is that the S6 never came in a manual and the S4 did. Had a 14 S4 manual and loved it. Traded it in for a family car (sad day) and couldn’t afford the S6 at the time, but I don’t think I’d get the S6 even still. I prefer to drive the car not let the car drive me. Manuals for the win!
