Love the idea of no side beds to put in and out but I wish they made a larger box size of this same simple style unit or a convertible bed that was like a futon style for daytime sitting (more floor space during day). Appreciate the video!
Agreed. The side beds outs seem to collect leaves mold etc and with this you wouldn’t have to unhitch from your tow vehicle if you want to sleep in a parking lot
Instead of "first timers" maybe use the term "campers". Those of us who like to actually camp, not bring an apartment on wheels, love this type of camper. Get off the ground, some of us due to health/age issues need power for CPAP or whatever, but we want to be outdoors instead of just setting up a hotel. Maybe I'm biased /shrug
Thanks for the video. Is there a spot to mount a propane tank? Also, what speed are the tires rated for, i have never towed aomething with 12 inch wheels.
Hi there! I just bought one of these last week. It has some outside structural damage, but we are going to attempt to fix ourselves. Question for you- could you post a video about how to operate/swing down the door? We’re a bit puzzled by it!
For the door you want to unsnap it from the ceiling and twist the small black clip so it disconnects from the top of the door from. Then slide the far side to the top of the frame and twist all the black clips to lock it down the side. if you call Nate he may be able to explain it better his number is 218-740-4965
I would call your dealer and see what they recommend. Or you could give our parts department a call and see if they can get one ordered for you. The number is 866-632-2849
Absolutely nothing, the only real difference between all Rockwood and Flagstaffs is the colors/decals. Other than that they are made in the same factory by the same people
When to an Rv clearance events and for that camper they still wanted $15000. CAN what a rip off. Listed price $18000. That camper $8000 tax in i believe is more realistic
They are on clearance here in the States at most major rv dealers for about $6k USD so close to your bottom price. I don't think they are worth it though. Too heavy for what it is and it has a poor layout.
I bought the Rockwood version of this a couple months ago. This is a great little unit! Easy to setup, easy to store and easy to tow.
Totally agree!

Looks perfect for what I would need only downside no air-conditioning or heating
I put in a black anddecker 8000- btu portable ac and a freestanding electric fireplace, all works real well
WOW! Now I know how to open it!
All you have to do is crank up with the hand crank provided until the wire along the support beams are taut.

can you upgrade the wheels to something larger?
Thanks for the video. Is there a spot to mount a propane tank? Also, what speed are the tires rated for, i have never towed aomething with 12 inch wheels.
Usually 65 mph.
There is no propane on board on this specific unit.
Those tires are rated for backyard use on a tricycle.

Fantastic, finally a video on this popup. Question, how much head clearance inside?
It is around 6'10" roughly!
@@BullyanRV fantastic thank you
Will you get any more of these in stock? I didn't see any on your website.
We will get more of these in stock. If you give Nate a call or text he can check when they will be arriving. His number is 218-228-6605
Hey man, thanks for sharing. Will it fit a regular size garage? Also, does the 13' 9" length includes the hook up thing and battery haul in the front?
Yes this will fit in a regular size garage, and yes tip to tip it is 13'9"!
I just got a 2025 Forrest river flag staff otg and they said something about I could get an awning for it. Where would I look to get one
I would call your dealer and see what they recommend. Or you could give our parts department a call and see if they can get one ordered for you. The number is 866-632-2849
What is the internal height when open? I can only find (including in your photos) external height when closed.
It is roughly 6'4" tall on the inside when opened up!
Thank you @@BullyanRV
What is the difference in the Rockwood R19otg vs this flassgstaff F17otg ?
Absolutely nothing, the only real difference between all Rockwood and Flagstaffs is the colors/decals. Other than that they are made in the same factory by the same people
I wish they had an 8 foot version. That would be perfect for me.
It looks like a nice RV . There is no mention of price? what the RV cast?
We have them sale priced at $7,995
I've seen them for $6999 a few places.
Hi. Can y9u attach an awning to a 14 OTG?
Give Nate a Call or Text and he can look into that for you with the factory as well as our parts and service department. His number is 218-228-6605
These would be great if they had a rack to haul an ATV on top
No stabilizing jacks?
There are 2 stabilizing jacks in the back of the 17OTG's
Can you get A/C ?
on the 17OTG there is no A/C but on the 14OTG there is.
@@BullyanRV but... can AC be added?
Make it double axle and the ability to carry a side by side on top.
