I have a 2014 accord sport in if I’m at a stoplight in the light is green my gas pedal is maybe half pushed a pause two seconds after the car goes it’s speedy but go’s could this be the same problem
I don't think they sell just the sensor, it comes as a unit. Just a guess, but I think the mechanical to electrical interface might be a bit sensitive and needs to be calibrated, so it's possible they're doing us a favor selling it as a unit........🤪
I did find the sensor only. But. I was riveted on and not screwed. I was gonna drill out the rivets but discovered that the contacts on the connector need a good cleaning. I used a very small rat tail file to clean and it's been good since.
Your Honda accord 2001 belongs to the sixth generation(1997-2002). The position of the sensor is the same. But when you order parts you have to specify your model, year, engine size... to get the right parts. Or you can watch any videos made for Honda accord made between 1997-2001.

Very good video congratulations friend
I have a 2003 Honda Accord and my sensor does not look like this. I cannot find this part?
You must have the 2.4L. I think this is the V6
Why not replace sensor only?
Exactly that's what I was thinking. The mechanical part should be ok
@@gwav1a when you put the code in thats the part it tells you to replace I thought the same thing

Would this work for a 2001 accord? Not much videos on this so thanx either way.
