Just a warning to folks suffering from migraines: as you may know, one person's cure is another person's trigger (e.g., caffeine consumption). That being said, proceed with caution when training your neck (I think you'll like this thing though). Other migraine tips: drink lots of water, work on your posture, and don't sweat life too hard, if you can help it.
Also, I recommended the "Starter" model (link in description) without checking the price on the "Varsity"...I haven't used the Varsity, but I believe it comes equipped with a nerfed resistance dial...for $50, it may be worth the difference. If you have it, and have an informed opinion, I'd love to hear it!

Nice. I’ve been trawling everywhere for a good review about neck stiffness, pain, and migraine. This makes me feel more confident in ordering as they have a 30 day return if necessary also. Thanks!

I’m late to this review but you sound like you have the same headache issues as me so this was helpful. Might look into this but I’m to the point where I’m scared to exercise those areas as they can trigger my migraines and they’re violent. I also do Jiu jitsu and the issue holds me back a lot

I don't think I'll ever completely get rid of them, but I'm pretty convinced that having a strong "mobile" neck has helped my migraines a ton. At the very least, a strong neck makes bjj easier...it's like having a 3rd knee!

Are you still getting these often? How often do you train and what supplements do you use? I get these same migraines and its always from training@ThreeStormFitness
