I used to use gyro both with Steam (because of the Steam Controller) and with ReWASD when I mainly played with the DS4. Both have a one disadvantage: they require a software installation. Currently, for example, I'm using a Mac and mostly playing via the cloud (Cloud Gaming via GFN, Shadow PC, Amazon Luna). ReWASD isn't available for Mac, and I'm not sure if Steam Input works properly on macOS. Now, I'm using the Xim Matrix as an adapter: the DS5 is connected to the Xim Matrix via Bluetooth, and the device itself is connected to the Mac via USB. With the Xim Matrix, I can use "Gyro to Joystick" or "Gyro to Mouse + Keyboard." There is also a mixed mode, like "Gyro to Mouse + Gamepad," but unfortunately, that doesn't work on macOS. Overall, I'm super satisfied with the Xim Matrix. Flickstick isn't available yet, and gyro sensitivity works a bit differently here, but this little plastic gadget allows me to use gyro aiming anywhere I want. It can even be used on consoles (XBox and PS). Btw. this seems to work also on iPad (latest iOS), because Apple has improved Xinput support.
@@Sephsplaces Since I had the Xim Matrix under Windows before switching to MacOS, I can't say with 100% certainty whether it works with Steam on MacOS. Luna, for example, runs through the browser, meaning I would have to add Chrome as a Steam game. That all sounds like too much hassle to me.
One important thing to note: reWASD only works on Windows, because it works closely with the Windows Device Manager to create and manage virtual controllers and devices for games like Valorant, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Call of Duty and other Riot games to use. @@FlickStickVids Subscriptiom service, they don’t provide any type of upgrade for old supporters, missing features that have been suggested 3 yrs ago (“it’s in the makings”) I wonder why their trustpilot review is so low

It's a subscription service and they didn't provide upgrade for old supporters.
Their Trustpilot reviews have low scores.
