You can unshare your playbooks on the My Sharings screen at 14:34. Your shared playbooks will show in the Playbooks section where you can delete or download them. Also, you can't move plays around within a set like you could in NCAA 14. So if you're OCD and must have, for example, all run plays in the middle, you really have to plan ahead. Maybe next year EA will add back this feature. Lastly, you can set your custom playbook as your default playbook in Game Settings which should carry over into the other modes.
@DFCwastaken I really only cover basic tutorial stuff in this video, not much on strategy. But when in doubt, just remove stuff you don't need. Nobody needs 300 plays in their playbook. Take out entire formations, etc.
There is a different way to do it by going into the game settings from the main menu and then go to the game options. You can set it to the custom playbook instead of the team specific playbook and then it'll be there each time.

Thank you ma'am. This is right on time I was trying to put together an 2019 LSU Playbook as close as I could thank you😊
Thanks and that's sir to you lol.
they never lifted the playbook legacy limit so 500 is all the plays you get
I'm hoping this gets me past my crippling dread I feel whenever I go into create-a-playbook. I always feel overwhelmed
