I remember watching this back in the early 1970s on British TV. Funnily enough I thought about it today. If they had a scene when someone had to appear on a TV screen, they'd ave the actor sat in a box facing the set. They' turn off the powerful studio lights in the box, casting the actor into shadow. But you'd see them moving around in the box!
Wow, does anyone else see it? This is just like Power Rangers! And what is up with that commercial! You got an older cool teen hanging out with little kids 3:31 and handing out "Twisties" that seem to get them twisted? I can't see how you can make him look more like a stereotypical drug pusher selling speed than this.
I recall watching this silly attempt of an Aussie Star Trek style series in the mid 1970s on Australian channel. It was a cheap low budget scifi series made for kids. (Hey man! Have some Twisties too.) Most Australian actors had to speak with the British style accents because TV (international) viewers couldn't understand the Aussie lingo and slang terms. The Australian ockerism is gone today because the younger generation have been corrupted and influenced by all those bloody Yanks and their crappy tv shows. Strufe! Where is Mick Dundee when you need him?
This needs to be released on dvd! I'd love to watch this show again...brings back childhood memories!
I remember this fondly. I like the theme music as well.
Thanks a lot for putting this up.Brings back memories of watching this wonderful rubbish when i was 9 or so. Well done.

One ad in the ad break... and no on-screen pollution of logos, watermarks and cross promotion. Much different times!
Childhood memory par excellence! thank you!
Oh No! More! I loved this series as a kid! Aussies in Space! What more could you want? A few 'Boffins' to run and mend stuff, like.
