i was able to connect my chime but cannot connect or sync to my bluetooth doorbell
Thanks alot. your right. Instructions are terrible. My device led changed status from blinking red to solid red after i clikced next on the app per your video... and then i pressed sync. And then the device paired. I love Eufy devices but they need to work on their app-equipment adoption tools.

Do I need tonuse wifi bridge now for KY smartlock s230? I never did. When I first recharge rhe battery it worked with out any issues almost a year now I recharge thw battery now it saying won't connect to Bluetooth

This is the first and only video that I have found on how to fix the "failed to connect to bluetooth" keeps coming up. Once I removed the device, I was able to connect it to my new router's 2.4G wifi.

my dear God! Why did Eufy make this so difficult! First of all, I want the double battery camera with a chime... but it doesn't come that way unless you get a home base. I DON'T WANT. HOME BASE! If you didn't do this I would not have been able to set up my system. Thanks SOOOOO much!

try to follow the steps 100%, it is tricky, every step is important.

I have problem with the efy chime. Keeps unpairing
My resolution: try this process. Unplug your homebase and then go through the process of connecting your wifi bridge. There's a conflict between the bridge and the homebase. After your connected to the bridge you can then reconnect the homebase.

Mine just blinks red forever! It never turns green… it’s driving me crazy
Did you check you are using 2.4ghz WiFi? Do you patiently wait for the green light, it could take several minutes.
@@UTECHPIA thanks for your reply! It was because of the 2.4G internet. My internet automatically connects to the best one that it thinks and there was no way to tell it. I ended up splitting the internet frequencies on modem and now it is all good!
