Even though I think wild animals don't do well in captive they clearly show how it should be done if you rescue a baby animal. Never caged and clearly very happy. The animals are a😊 joy to watch.

Really, what is love? When you watch these too animals interact, what comes to mind. They are of different species all together. So if they love each other then love must be universal, transcending all species. So what is needed for love? I know that to have a fire there needs to be a fuel source, heat and Oxygen. So what is it that manifests love? I think we might get some insight from The Declaration of Independence. The part that reads, “All men are created equal with certain inalienable rights, and among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.” With the animals in this video, they instinctively know that they are equals. There is no pretense of superiority. They are different but equal! Thus there is an understanding of biological differences. There is in essence respect. Respect is the hallmark of any beneficial relationship. Relationships must be dynamic and in a state of equilibrium. The notion of superiority always disrupts the equilibrium. When this happens the trust is broken and the relationship is open to injustice. Justice being a relationship in equilibrium. For example what would happen to the dog panther relationship if the panther suddenly felt superior to the dog and did not share? The trust would be broken the equilibrium would be disrupted. The relationship would be in flux, moving toward a new equilibrium, if possible. Love happens when one is willing to sacrifice to meet the needs of others. Real friends, parents, strangers helping someone in need. There seems to always be empathy and compassion preceding love. However, sometimes acts of love may not turnout as expected when the dynamics of the situation are not fully understood. Think of any relationship, even nation to nation. When one nation takes on a notion of superiority then there is no trust, no dynamic equilibrium, no respect, no empathy no compassion, and no love. What is left is fear war and genocide. What about man’s relation with his environment? In the big scheme of things is man superior to any of the life forms found in nature? Or are all organisms equal at a cosmic level, but different. Is a firefighter superior to a teacher, a garbage collector, park ranger , or mail carrier? Who decides? All social positions provide a role. They are all equal and interconnected, but different. All species are spiritually equal and interconnected, but biologically different. Love is a special relationship that is at equilibrium and dynamic in that it must be able to adapt to changes that come up in the environment to maintain equilibrium. Such a relation is a just relationship. Injustice includes all the ways a just relation is destroyed. Economic sanctions on a nation by another nation are an injustice to what should be a relation in equilibrium and is born out of a notion of superiority. To perpetuate the starving of children moves away from a loving relationship that is dynamic and in equilibrium. It hurts humanity at its core. It is not just, it is a great injustice that perpetuates all the elements of fear, genocide and war. And, there are no elements present as described by the words in The Declaration of Independence.
These girls are astoundingly beautiful together. I wouldn't reccomend keeping a panther as a pet. But this relationship is absolutely meant to be.
