- I didn't get to ride the Springfield last year, and I'm glad they brought it around this year. They had a lot more bikes this year compared to last year. Nothing much to say but the bike handled amazing. Compared to the Road King, it felt a bit lighter but identical. I would still pick a Road King Special due to the aftermarket support, thanks for watching vatos.
I currently own a 2019 scout bobber. I’m thinking of getting a new Springfield dark horse. I’m just worried about the size I’m about 5’4-5’5 and weight about 145 pounds I wear 30x30 pants. I’m just worried about flat footing the Springfield and backing it out of spots
Demo rides are always a shit show lol. Thats pretty cool they had the Springfield standard in the lineup, I've been to like 3 Indian demos and they never bring the standard. Its a shame cus its gorgeous.
Yeah same here in Tucson last December. Everything was here to demo BUT the Springfield DH!🥹🥹 There’s always next year hahah
💯💯, this year they had a lot more bikes. They also had a Stage 2 Chief DH! They didn't have a wait list or anything like that this year, find a bike and ride.
After I heal from my motorcycle accident. Looking at Springfield vs Road King. Coming from Moto Guzzi but they stopped making the California, Audace, and MGX-21.
Glad to hear you'll be riding again. I like the styling of the Road King but the riding modes and performance of the Springfield makes it a good option.

Nice job as always sir!! Not a fan of the black plastic on the tank and the headlight cover. Looks cheap.. otherwise a nice looking machine
Someone else mentioned the same thing, I was having trouble why it looked odd. Probably the dashboard on the tank. I also can't get over the plastic hand controls.

Now thats the basic oldschool Bike with no Infotainment gadgets...But for the price no oldschool Cop style windshield thrown in standard?
The standard includes windshield saddlebag crash guard passing lights and it’s all chrome. This is the equivalent of the road king special…

You quote "it has an additional two cc." NO. It's 116 cubic inches. 1890 cc. Also, you are crowding that other rider and overlapping his lane. Poor safety; unskilled rider. I suggest you get some proper instruction. You'd be booted out of most group club rides.
"Bigger displacement". That other rider can't ride, I was having trouble riding behind him the whole time.
