@@BackDraftBikes yes, salesman are just that. if ya wanna know things when you are in the show room, like white size ape bars are they? You just take your measuring tape 😆... Salesman are just there to process your transaction in the long run...
This was the first bike I saw that I was like wow!!! But it was too big to be my first bike. So I got a Scout Bobber..... AND I LOVE IT!!! But after a year.... and about 5K miles.... I'm ready!! Going to look at one tomorrow. But would still keep my Scout Bobber as it is a collectors edition. Thanks for the review!!!
Hey I just have a ? about this bike I am planning on getting a 2023 model getting rid of my sports bike for one of those just how is this bike on twisty Road?
What are folk opinions on the colours available ? I like the black but the one available is out of my budget, but a white is available and i am surprised as the white is also quite impressive.
It’s a fob that fits in your pocket. When you approach the bike the bike knows you have the key and you just push the start button and it’s on. Lots of bike manufacturers are doing this now, it’s pretty good technology
@@BackDraftBikes nice I gotta 2020 chieftain dark horse and I find the buffering can be quite severe sometimes. I've been thinking about trading it for a springfield darkhorse your answer may have swayed me. Plus they look absolutely wicked, thanks for getting back to me. Cheers 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🇳🇿🏴😎
@@Miskini-tj6ec yep it's the stock windshield. I do find however at higher speeds if I close my helmet visor the buffeting reduces considerably. The screen on the chieftain is adjustable. Cheers 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🍺 🇳🇿🏴🏴☠️
@@BackDraftBikes no, my apologies. I didn't realize someone else had already made the comment. The Springfield is my favorite bike, even though I have a much more expensive Indian😆
It's not a Chieftain or Chief edition. It's a Springfield.
Stinkin sales guys...
I was starting to think Indian was just trying to make the names even more confusing. Like the Chief Classic, Chief Vintage, Vintage, and Chief. 😝

Also not a 21…. That’s a 20 or before
That's the bike i will be getting very soon. Love your review keep them coming
Thanks, will do!

Ride safe my friend
That bike sounds awesome. I wish I could afford one.
great banter brother, nice review
Much appreciated
I am going to have to try that motorcycle
Love from Mississippi USA 🇺🇸
Thanks for the info. This is definitely my number one option as I'm currently looking for one.
Pretty much Victory’s Hardball/Cross Roads version on the Cross Country
Man that was an amazing review, and what a nice ride. Was that a closed course?
Part of it yes, then roads the second half
I have a 2018 Springfield DarkHorse and love it!

I have this same bike in the matte green, I love it. I'm planning on getting the freedom performance 2 to 1 exhaust on it.

I've been looking at one for a while now... and after this vedio, I really want one.
Do it!
What is the keyless function, can you do more on that?

I prefer a flip out key or key
I am very honestly considering this to be my next bike
Any head buffering?
Not very bad at all

Do you have the stock windshield. If not, what kind do you have. I’m thinking about buying the chieftain.

I want this bike with a stereo
🤔SOLD !👍
Hate those hangers!
I agree. I love everything about the bike except those ridiculous handlebars.
Love that bike
Transmission designed by Jeep ?
Very clunky and positive engagement, ya, sort of like a jeep
What exhaust do they have on it?
he said that was the stage 1 set. Not sure what that exactly is.
it's not a chief and all springfields have the fuel gauge. dark horse is just a trim, you can get most models that way.
Bad ass bike
Love Indian, but hate all the plastic. 😒
agreed!
Harley has the same plastic. They do it so the 800 lb. bike doesn't weight 1,000 lbs.
shamu
Dude that's not a Chief or a Chieftain. It's Springfield Darkhorse😁
I am so confused! Sorry about that!!

Nice but it has old man motorcycle vibes.
Not a chief its a Springfield dark horse.
