The Prince of Egypt is a 1998 animated film adaptation of the Book of Exodus. The film follows the life of Moses from being a prince of Egypt to a prophet chosen by God to carry out his destiny of leading the Hebrews out of Egypt.
The movie opens with the epic and heartbreaking song "Deliver us", composed, produced and arranged by Hans Zimmer, written by Stephen Schwartz and sung in the original american dub by Ofra Haza (Yocheved) and Eden Riegel (Miriam).
I rearranged all the vocal tracks of the original song for electric guitars. Since there was a lot of overdubs and layering in the final mix of my cover, the audio of this clip was prerecorded. I'm just showing how to play the main melodic line.
