Really enjoyable video George! I thnk you have cracked it with work life balance. You're there for your family and providing for them whilst enjoying what you do. What more can we ask for? Keep on doing what you're doing!
Since its almost thanksgiving in the US I want to follow their tradition and give thanks for all the brilliant content you've shared with us this year. It really helps to see other online sellers grafting away while we are too!
Great video, you've got a nice mix of work and family life, obviously works well, good for you. Your storage shed and workshop looks v organised. I like your cute dogs 🐕😊
I really like you, you are such a nice hard working guy. What a lovely home you have provided for your lovely family. It is very clear you are a fantastic dad too. Love your videos. Let us know how you get on with the breadmaker👍
Great video! Loved seeing your process - even little things like the phone neck-holder are awesome to see. Sometimes you don’t even realize you’ve got a problem until someone points it out. Definitely adding that to my Christmas list 🎄
For studio photography, turn off the fluorescent lighting when using the LED studio lights otherwise it will throw off the white-balance. Would recommend getting a proper camera over the phone for product photography, just a cheap used Olympus EM10 or Panasonic G80 and a basic lens will give you much more flexibility including exposure bracketing which is dead useful and speeds things up. I used to run my business from my sheds too, a basic dehumidifier will help no end when the frost comes as well as a bit of heating, best of luck with your sales mate.
My biggest takeaway from years of your excellent videos is that we can walk away from what may look like a bargain and we need to factor in how long the item will take to sell, the time it would take to list and pack it or if it needs testing or attention. Then of course there’s the profit margin. Love your charity shopping. Thanks George. Hope silly season treats you well.
Excellently put together, easy to watch and informative. We have just started on Vinted 🤑 Thank you for the insight of a day in a life of a re-seller 👊
I really enjoy your videos. Great work! One question. Do you do anything to make sure your unit doesn’t get much of that charity shop, old clothes and stuff smell? Thanks.
Was gutted there was a tablesale in witham yesterday and I didn't see the advert on Facebook til the evening. 🤯. Went to sandon and got few decent bits.
Niice Dickies coat geezer 🤜🏼 My Vinted has gone a bit quiet these last few weeks. Been watching for a few years now I’m sure but always learning still and enjoy the thrift…
Top video mate, good work keep it up- fellow dad with tie hyper boys and full time job and run a watch business. QQ- why do print when you can use QR code in shop for vinted? You find it easier to print? Love your channel mate Paul Hands of time watches
Its not that the buyer has to pay its the sellers choise who pays but nearly all of the time they make buyers pay but if someone is really not happy and threaten reporting the seller will pay for thr shipping
Electrical heating is only ever 100% efficient.... You'll never get more out of it than what is put in. Which best buys are basically what ever company pays the most for the endorsement and genuinely means nowt in this day and age. As a carbon accountant all electrical heating is treated the same in terms of efficiency.
Hi George. Been watching for a while now. Just wanted to say about the teasmaid in the Sally Army shop. If it’s been there a while ask if they’ll sell it to you for £10. I volunteer in a chazza and they’d rather sell it than keep it for ages.
its a good job your wife does nothing on a friday, just doing the housework , looking after the children and cooking ! it leaves you free to do the real work , looking in charity shops
So many eBay resellers buy my stuff on Vinted but they are good condition. They normally offer the lowest price 40% off I can smell them a mile off lol
Tbf your price doesn't factor in postage or buyer protection that the buyer has to pay, so for £10 the buyer may have to pay 50% extra on top of that price

Awesome. Nice of you to show the full picture on the life of a reseller. It’s also my main job, from home.

Loved the tune 😂 I find stopping and starting for school runs or cooking very frustrating, at least I know its not just me!

Do you leave the heater on over night, if so you should put it on a timer, as heaters can over heat if left on all the time
Great video george ❤

Being forced to pay for inad returns on Vinted is very annoying, especailly when as bad as those Hoka's!
I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't fully legal 🤦🏻♂️
Thanks mate
Cheers Dave ☺️
it is hard work though people think it's easy juggling all what we do
what lighting you using on them stands
Are you going to put a dehumidifier in there over the winter?
We had a similar thing with Vinted, we contacted them & they said we didn't have to return them.
Interesting! I had to pay £1.99 for a returns label 🤦🏻♂️

Your wife needs to get her act together by being a fuil time mum so you focus on the buisness, otherwise you'll always be chasing your tail
I think they make a great team in working together.
